Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

Is been nearly 5 years since I visited a barbershop. Glad I picked this place. Friendly staff, great head message when getting washed. Great work on the cleaning up of my self hair cuts.

I went there a few weeks ago and the first lady who cut my hair was very nice. My haircut looked fine when I was there, however, once I got home I realized that it wasn’t quite what i had asked for. I didn’t need the entire haircut changed. I only needed the front pieces cut since they were too long and in my eyes.I went in the next day to see what they could do, and a different lady was there. She was very pushy. Before getting my hair cut I asked if they would charge me the full amount ($40) again, but she just brushed off the question by telling me to go ahead and sit in the chair. She proceeded to ask what I wanted and move past the question.She proceeded to charge me for another full style & cut ($40). Yikes. I felt as though this stylist purposely put me in an awkward position, I won’t be going back here anytime soon.

The digital line up with the expected wait times posted beside my name was very helpful.The scalp massage that came with the tingly shampooing felt great and was very relaxing

Always a great experience here...the staff is great at what they do. I'm never disappointed with the hair cut or the shave, and the staff is very courteous and helpful

I have been using Tommy Gun's services for over 5 years now. Each time I visit, I am welcomed with a big smile and a great hair cut. I visit with Azam who is always friendly and knows her way around a trimmer. 5 stars, highly recommend!!!!

Have been here a few times for my 16 year old son's haircuts. It's very hit and miss and tonight was a big miss. He was clear on what he wanted and she cut it way too short. A 3 day come back when we mess up" policy doesn't work unless they can re-attach his hair. $45 dollars for a haircut

Generally I like the atmosphere of tommy guns, I’ve had relatively good experiences with it. Today I went in and as soon as I sat down the barber didn’t ask what I wanted she just assumed a hairstyle. After going back and forth between what I wanted and how she wanted to do it, I ended up just leaving without getting a haircut. Overall pretty disappointing experience.

I went in to buy beard supplies which I don’t have a lot of knowledge in and the manager assisted me in picking the right products for me. She opened up new containers just so I could smell them and decide if I liked them. The customer service I received there was honestly second to none. I’ll be back for that reason alone. Well done Tommy Guns on choosing the perfect manager to run your store.
