Working with Osman was a great experience. I truly felt I was in good hands and he alleviated a lot of my stress and worries! Although I know he is a very busy man, he always made me feel like I was his only client and top priority at all times. When I first met with Osman he told me that he would likely talk me out of more homes than into them. He knew what my wish list was and the things that were important to me in a new home and he refused to let me settle. It was comforting to know he had my best interests at heart and not just there for a pay cheque. His hard work and negotiation skills got me top dollar for the home I was selling and a great price for the home I was buying. I can honestly not say enough positive things about this man! Anyone looking to buy or sell a home will not be disappointed working with him!

Knowledgeable, direct, clear and helpful, the list could continue on for the positive things there are to say about this individual. Purchasing a home with Osman made the process significantly more manageable than anticipated. Texts and emails or any other inquiries are answered promptly, big emphasis on promptly. When you outline what you're interested in, Osman does everything he can to help you find the perfect place. There's no time wasted in places you aren't interested in, and he will never try to force your hand into a property; he very much lets you make the decision while providing his guidance and recommendations along the way. He understands the market to a very high level and is able to get the job done when closing time approaches. A great experience working with Osman and for any future houses he will be the first person I approach.
