We stayed at AWAY B&B for a weekend mid-October 2019. Susan and Glen were wonderful hosts, making our stay perfect - from greeting us and showing us around the place to excellent daily breakfast, to recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The Artist's room was large, clean, and nicely decorated, with great view of the property and East Lake. Location is very convenient, with short drives to local attractions. We are looking forward to returning in the summer!

My wife and I stayed at away for our one year anniversary. Susan and Glen were excellent hosts and were great resources for things to do in the County. They were very attentive and they were constantly wanting to ensure we were happy with our stay. The property itself was stunning. The house was well maintained and the property was great to roam around. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who asks!

Beautiful property, clean and amazing rooms, really close to the beach and has a lake side fire pit! Adorable dog oscar greets you with a bark and a way of his tail. Fresh eggs from the chicken coop makes breakfast to die for! A must visit for fans or newcomers to Prince Edward county

We had the most wonderful and peaceful stay at Away in the Country Bed & Breakfast. We were in the county for a wedding and it was the perfect home base. Our room was perfect, well laid out, quiet, great temperature. The bathroom and tub relaxing. The breakfasts were outstanding! it was impossible to choose each morning so they made me a half and half plate :) that or my husband and I would switch mid way. The muffins were divine. Our hosts went out of their way for us twice. the first when my husband realized he left his cuff links at home, they lent us a pair! and the second time when they packed a early morning breakfast for us to eat on our drive to the Toronto airport. Do not hesitate to book this B&B! you will not regret it!

Beautiful home with all of the amenities. You only need to bring your clothes.
