Nails For You

Went to this place on a recommendation from a close friend. I will admit that they do provide decent pedicures. But thats one good thing out of the many horrible things that went wrong. First off , before we got there i did warn them in advance that i would be in a rush due to the fact that i had work. They ensured that i would be out in time. I finally get there and they sat both me and my little sister down into pedicure chairs. We waited in water for about 30 minutes before they even helped us. I asked for my little sister to receive a clear polish and a manicure. She didn't receive either ! Because i was already pressed for time and i could tell that my nails were going to take forever i didn't even bother to remind them to add polish ! Finally my nails are finished and they are HORRIBLE !!!! I couldn't believe this was the product that they gave me. Again being pressed for time , i had to pay and leave and rush to work with horrible nails. I than call them when i arrived at work to the them know that this is just unacceptable and i would want a refund. They told me to send pictures... which i did. Once i sent the pictures she told me nothing was wrong with my nails. The pictures included show that there is a bubble on my nails as well as out of shape . My fourth finger is way to thick and out of shape. I demanded a refund and even had to get my manager to help convince them that it wasn't acceptable ! Finally i return and also keep in mind. That when i originally went to do my nails i had a old job on prior of acrylic nails. I ask to have the job removed, she removed the nails polish and basically sanded my nails down so low that its now in a horrible condition. I asked her why she did that , when i came in with a previous job she said that it was gel and UV gel was what i had. I then explained again that i previously had acrylic nails and it was not so low. By then she already sanded it so low that my nails started to burn ! i was pissed off and left now my nails are in the condition you see below. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER !! GO TO THIS PLACE... she didn't have to ruin my nails. I'm horribly pissed off. i spend months taking care of my nails under my acrylics and now they look like this ! DISGUSTING ANF WOULDN'T TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE !!!

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened. The staff is great and they are so meticulous when doing a pedicure. They take their time to make sure your feet feel brand new. I have really bad feet and they take great care of me when I go.

tried these guys today and was kind of disappointed in their services took forever, a service that would normally take about an hour took 2 hours and i went in there for dipping powder manicure only for her to tell me that they have very minimal colors and i would have to do dipping shellac, took her forever to take my color off and was dipping my hands in acetone constantly (usually nail salons dip the acetone in cotton wool and wrap your fingers with foils) i was getting anxious during this time and seemed like the technician was getting flustered and was not sure what she was doing, that's when Linh stepped in and finished off. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

I don’t usually give reviews but I am unfortunately not impressed with the service here. I made an appointment in advance and was called asking to come in early if I could. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested but they couldn’t get to me right away. No one ended up starting on my toes until my original appointment time… during my treatment, the girl left me to finish another client AND assisted a walk in. I only had a small gap between work and was hoping to be in an out in a certain amount of time. The time management is really poor here and it’s quite unfortunate since it’s so close to my house.

Have been going here for almost 4 years! Love the manager Linh and her friendly helpful staff. I have recommended Nails For You Ajax to all my friends and co-workers. It is the only nail salon I trust. Thank you Linh.

This is actually one of my favourite salons to go to in Ajax. Very good service, my nails are done to my liking each time. The atmosphere is nice and clean and the workers are very kind. I recommend booking an appointment instead of walking in, especially if you plan on getting your nails done between fri-sun.

I initially called to book an appointment for acrylic full set.. however when I got there for my appointment I waited 20 minutes before I could get a seat. I did not mind the wait until I was told they only do shellac. That was super disappointing. Not only was the service dissatisfying but the atmosphere was very mediocre. I will not be coming back here again.

$60 dollars, nails feel like shark teeth cause they were filed horribly, damaged nail bed, didn't put clear nail polish like I asked and I because I waited 35 minutes passed my original booked appointment time I didn't even care enough to complain to their face and just call them out on Google instead.

Was looking for a location close to my house. So I decided to walk over 2 hours before they close on a Tuesday evening. Get there seen all the techs were attending to others so I sat down. The lady closes to the door asked me how can she help me. So I showed her a picture of the length I wanted and she told me to come back on the weekend (Easter weekend) or call ahead of time. Mind you the length I wanted was so very short nor did I want a design. Their instagram page mentions nothing about appointments only. She was very dismissive. I also told her I just walked there. But aw well I guess I can just walk back right ?! ( Not happening)
