Very good customer service! I asked if I could get an item I saw on special a week before, and they gave me the price from that time. Really made my day, thanks, y'all!

My husband and I were waiting at the customer service counter for almost 1hr 30mins. We made a request to order hot water tank and installation on April 2nd, no one contacted us for a month. We called today, they said don’t have our file. So we went to the store to cancel our order, someone made several phone calls and told us waiting for the manager. Two other workers approached us asking if need any help, but the girl told them we’re waiting for the manager. They told her we hav been standing there for a long time. And only when I started rising my voice questioning why we have to wait over an hour. She wanted to offer a discount for the installation fees and made a phone call to the manager. The manager eventually showed up, and I recognized her face, she was always around. They probably just wanted us to walk away after tedious amount of waiting time. We eventually get a refund but won’t recommend this store to anyone else!

Bought two drain covers yesterday, wasn’t sure which was the right size. Brought in to return the one that didn’t fit and was met with hostility and combativeness because I didn’t have a receipt. Drain cover was in original packaging. The young lady at the return was really rude and I have no clue why….

Their cutter used to cut stuff. Now unless you bought it right in front of them that day, and it’s one of the like 4 materials they approve of, they will not cut it. Even if you call and ask beforehand they will mislead you. Their employees will simply tell you “see the sign says we don’t cut that”. Ask for the actual carpenter and these (probably minimum wage) employees will tell you he’s not answering his phone so we just can’t contact him (walk over there why don’t you?)

** Employees need more training in order to handle common situations **. Used the self-checkout the other morning and the computer system wasn't working as expected causing the order to get past the payment screen, but no final confirmation if the order actually went through. The employee working the self checkout area told me me to try it again. At the enter your payment" step

The customer service I received today was outstanding. The store Manager was unbelievably efficient and personally delivered the items herself which were too big for my car. A great experience from start to finish

While generally I received good service at times from the likes of Muller and others. The paint department is pure incompetence, they take 20 minutes breaks without any substitute in place. You are left on your own when you need a color mixture. Pure waste of customers time.

I just want to duplicate a key ,this take me more than 30mins, all clerks looks working around but not much available on department for serving. One clerk helping me work on at the self service area, after I get done then turn around to say thank…she’s looking at other where but not taking attention on customers at her serving area.

I’m NEVER shopping at this ridiculous store again that’s for sure. Their prices are high and they don’t even have 1 cashier. Everything is self checkout. Then the one woman who helps serve me tells the guy leaving in front of me bonne journee, but she says nothing to me? Was it because I am English and she could hardly answer my question when I asked her, or was she just a bit racist? Never again that’s for sure..

It was and is a busy place but service was efficient... Not sure what other people's options are but service is guaranteed to have impact in that type of environment... Self checkout was simple and staff was available if needed
