Received 3 sims cards to swap our network from Bell to Telus. None of the sims were active and in all cases had to seek out assistance from a physical Telus store

I have to give Sky Wireless glowing reviews, especially after having to deal with me. My swaying back and forth between Android and IPhone is enough to play on anyone’s nerves.However, that all being said, dealing with Steve and Irene has been fantastic, with quick responses, patience and excellent customer service. This is going to be my 3rd phone with them and I couldn’t be happier with my dealings with this team of professionals.
