The Veterinarian and her staff were very pleasant, empathetic, and proficient. We ended up splitting the visit into three days so our sweetie pup would be less stressed. A non-corporate holistic approach which appealed to us as proud pet parents.

This place is amazing, all the staff are great, they took such good care of all my animals, I recommend them every time. Definitely go see them. Reasonably priced too.

They provide great service here, I normally go to Wetaskiwin for a vet but way too far plus the cost of gas ia not worth it these days

The staff here are amazing and always so caring. They took the time to get to know us personally and when we sadly had to say goodbye to our dog, they treated her and us with such compassion and warmth. We've had nothing but great experiences with this clinic and will continue to recommend it. Thank you for everything Hastings Lake Animal Hospital staff, we really appreciate you all :)

I met the team at Hasting Lake Hospital, when they quickly accepted a new patient name Wolf, who had managed to get sharp grass up his nose. When I called they asked to me bring him in right away, and took care of him immediately. Wolf was very comfortable at the clinic and was cared for with so much love and attention from everyone. After a quick rest, Wolf is back to his shenanigans, minus the painful grass episode. It was a pleasure to find this clinic so close to our new home!!!

Had to put one of my cat's down yesterday. 9.5 years I had her...raised her from a kitten. Cancer finally did her in. Was pretty hard...but the staff was excellent...beyond excellent. From dealing with a customer (Me) that was having a pretty hard time of it to the whole process of putting her to rest." The fact that I was able to say goodbye...hard as it was...was a plus. I would reco. these guys to anyone. Cheers."
