Amazing service! I’ve used Storage Solutions for quite a few months now and just recently transferred to a smaller unit to suit my needs. The transfer was quick and easy, and Glen was very helpful with getting the new contract in place. I was able to have everything moved into the new unit within a couple of hours. He was even able to help me keep my personal access code instead of giving out a new one which was super awesome! I definitely recommend using Storage Solutions for all your storage needs!

I had a unit with Storage Solutions for a couple months. They had many sizes of units and mine was just the size I needed. The location was good and the building was secure. They don't have full time staff on location, but during the hours that someone was there, they were very friendly and helpful. And you could always call a number for assistance during off hours. Multiple methods of payment and very reasonable prices. I was happy with my time there.

The service I received from Glenn was outstanding. The place I was supposed to move into fell through 3 weeks before the move in date. Glenn walked me through the process, helped me figure out what size unit I would need to store my belongings and was professional and compassionate. He made a very difficult situation for me a little easier to deal with. Thank you Glenn I will remember your kindness

Our storage unit rental with Storage Solutions was a very good experience. We wanted a unit that was climate controlled, easy access, and available when we needed it. The property was always clean inside and out. We had a feeling our property inside our unit was secure at all times so we didn't worry it.The employee that rented the unit to us was so helpful, making sure we obtained the proper lock and assured us the property was monitored at all times. This was proven when we contacted them at night and received a prompt response.

The facility in Woodstock was clean and easy to access. Security was very good and worry free. A security attendant visited me during two of my visits. I totally recommend Storage Solutions.

Excellent location for commercial purposes, 401 access on both ways right there. Very professional business (they send notifications if there will be some work done around). Foam Insulation in the units that helps a lot of keeping your stuff away from molding process during the winter. Automatic payments option and invoices sent via email are so useful for business purposes. Affordable prices. Friendly team. I really recommend it to anyone interested in keeping things safe in a storage for long or short term. We already used it for 2 years.

Great clean facility. I probably have the best unit in the place and it’s amazing. The yard is easy to maneuver a large truck(30’ uhaul) and easy to back up to the door. Customer service is delightful and everyone is very friendly.Would highly recommend keeping your belongings here.

Storage Solutions Woodstock has been super helpful and has come through for me more than once on seconds notice in a pinch for my ever-changing storage needs! As an Interior Designer who also stages for real estate, I needed clean and secure facilities that are also affordable, to store my inventory which is also my source of income, and they understand how important my things are to me and my small business! Clean units, secure access from public- yet easy for customers to access. Quick customer service responses, friendly staff. The only downfall is they Should offer monthly payments instead of every 28 days.
