Button Button

As a knitter I am so happy to live up the street from this place!I go every couple of weeks with my FO's to pick out buttons and the stock has changed each time. Very unique and exciting buttons.The people there are always very friendly, patient when you take forever to decide, and helpful when you aren't sure.The prices are also extremely reasonable.I went in with my two preschoolers and the lady working gave them each a plastic plate and invited them to dig through a bucket of buttons while I shopped.I can't say enough good things about this place. I have to fight the urge to go in and look at buttons when I don't have something ready to put them on, otherwise I would want to buy them all!*Not Andy Poon, I'm his SO.

What an amazing little shop. Who would have believed that there could be so many buttons in such a small space but beautifully displayed and easy to see. I had a lovely time browsing and came out with a random selection of buttons. I shall be back next time I visit my son in Vancouver.

This is the place to go if you need to find an odd button to match one you lost, or if you want to buy a set of buttons for a project. Inexpensive. It's a tiny shop with a uniquely fun atmosphere (what would you expect from a tiny shop filled with drawers of buttons?) and the staff is always helpful.

By far the best selection of buttons and buckles in the Lower Mainland. The space is small and can be crowded, when there are so many artistic and beautiful buttons to ooh and ah over. The store is up a short flight of steps and to my knowledge not wheelchair accessible. Two areas for improvement this time: the more expensive buttons seemed to be out of stock or depleted. And I didn't receive a stamped and beribboned bag -- I enjoy the little ceremony.

I was in the store this morning. The lady at the store was very rude and has such bad attitude. She never left her laptop until one Caucasian gentleman came in. I realized her tone of voice changed suddenly to a helpful store keeper. She walked around showing things to him. The difference of level of service was so noticeable. This is my favorite shop and I always get good service from a gentleman who used to be there. But this lady, forget it. Don't want to see her in the store next time.

This place is magical! They have any and every kind of button you'll ever need. Its a little store in the heart of Downtown but they have everything from funky to fancy. I found the perfect set of buttons for a blazer I was working on and I couldn't be happier to have found the perfect match. The gentleman who helped me out was very knowledgeable and was able to point me into the right direction right away. Thank you!

Hidden away in a little side door this is a must check out for anyone crafty. We walked in and were instantly greeted by the owner who helped show us some of his collection of awesome buttons. His service is what sold us and we ultimately left with 6 buttons when we came in not knowing we needed any. Great local business.

If you need a button for anything (suit, shirt, art, fun) look no further. Huge, well organized selection of buttons with knowledgable staff who will help you out. When I was there the lady was effectively helping 4 customers at once - something I have never seen before. Very impressive. Prices are comparable to what you would see online too.If you are matching a suit or other type of garment bring it in for the best results.

This is my go to place for all things buttons. Great service. If you need something, they help you find it! And great for wholesale orders for our family regalia needs. Highly recommended!
