Fresh Canvas Spa And Laser Centre

Love love lovee the new owner! Ever since Sandeep took over Fresh Canvas (about a few months ago) I've absolutely loved visiting. She really knows how to please her clients and cater to there various needs. The thing I really love about her is that she understands that every client is very different and she takes the time to talk to you and get to know you to really provide you with the best service. I definitely recommend visiting Fresh Canvas for any of your spa related needs!

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a laser hair removal place. I heard about Fresh Canvas Spa thru a friend since i was looking for a new laser place to go to. This staff is awesome and the prices are amazing, you honestly will not find better pricing than this. I had really good results with my very first treatment. They also offer full spa services and use & carry the Eminence Organics line which I love. The other great thing about Fresh Canvas Spa is that they have 2 locations in Abbotsford and Surrey and I have referred my family & friends to both locations! Its a beautiful spa!

I have been going to Fresh Canvas for 2 years now and love it. The staff are very friendly and personable and always make you feel comfortable. Their prices are the lowest anywhere with the high quality of care and knowledge. Their natural skin line, Eminence, gives protection and results even to the most sensitive users. You can even incorporate Eminence with your current line with no adverse reactions. Why pay more when the RESULTS and quality of care are here at Fresh Canvas Spa. I think I found a gold mine.

Ridiculous. Bought a gift card worth $160.00 for my wife for Xmas 2 years ago. They kept giving her the run around on treatments, etc. Even made 2 trips out there to book/receive services Which I already PAID for. Owner was very rude when I asked for my money back. Staff was not knowledgeable about any treatments. Finally after 2.5 years was able to recover my wasted money. The time we wasted dealing with this trash company will never be recovered though. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Went to Fresh Canvas for a Hydrofacial and had a great experience. Even though the girl (sorry forgot her name ) was fairly new she did a wonderful job. She was pleasant to be around and made me feel as a welcomed guest. The spa was clean and welcoming, I will definitely be back for other services!

I have been to the Abbotsford location to see Hasti twice and I am so happy with the results! She used the Skin Resurfacing Laser which lifted the pigment on my face and made my skin look brand new. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had a lot of dark spots, but after the first treatment, I was so impressed that I had to go back for a second round. FYI the pigment will get darker but after a handful of days it just flakes off of your face. I learned that the lasers don't work for everyone because all skin is different - I am a 30 year old Caucasian who has had a lot of sun exposure, and had great results.

Excellent Guest Reception in Surrey. I have never experienced such a warm welcome and wonderful customer service. The Guest Officer / Receptionist or Supervisor I don't know what her designation was but I think her name was TIMSY. She is a multi-tasking person. While waiting at the reception noticed her quick and efficient working with a Permanent smile : -) . The ambience is very nice and the staff is also good.

Would not recommend this spa. They were 20 mins late for my appt as they forgot to heat the stones for my hot stone massage; which lead to my 90 minute massage turning in 70 minutes though charging me for the full time. The room the massage was done in was crowded and the lady kept bumping into / crashing into things and then apologizing. There is zero atmosphere as you can hear all of the talking and walking of people moving around as you are getting the massage.Overall, not impressed and would not recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at this Spa! I had my first Hydra Facial done and it exceeding my expectations, my face felt like butter and looked SO smooth and clean. The technician educated me about each step throughout the entire treatment and what benefits it would give my skin. I give this spa a 10/10 for their quality and service. I will definitely be going back for another treatment soon. :)
