What can I say that hasn't already been said by all of the reviewers above? I'll try it here; this man has a genuine passion for these vehicles and it shows in the quality of work that he does.I came in for a knocking noise on my 2016 C450 after hitting a pothole, Ayub diagnosed and fixed the issue right then and there on the spot. I was in and out in a matter of 45 minutes.I am 100% a repeat customer of his if I ever have any further issues with my C class or any future Mercedes vehicles and am recommending all of my friends and family go to see him as well as this is the type of mechanic you want to have for life.

I have known Ayub for several years now and have only good things to say. He is honest, extremely competent and willing to repair things instead of just always replace them. His shop rate is substantially less than the local mercedes benz dealership yet his knowledge is unparalleled. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Prestige Auto to my Mother!

I was referred to Ayub at Prestige by the guys at Foreign Automotive, who I trust very much. A family member has a 2003 SL500 that has experienced ABC failure - a complicated & expensive problem. I was seeking info on repairability. Ayub could not have been more helpful and professional. His advice will be very useful in deciding what is next for this challenge. The best car service I've ever had. Ayub is very friendly and professional, he takes his work seriously and he did a fantastic job with my car. I was amazed by how much better the car felt afterwards. If you drive a Mercedes, this is the only place you should be taking your car to be serviced.

Excellent service. Doesn’t repair unless truly required. Makes sure things are fixed under your warranty with your dealership first if still applicable. Goes extra mile and is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes brand of vehicles. Highly recommend this team of professional mechanics.

Had transmission trouble with my 05 Mercedes. Ayub was recommended to me through a friend. Diagnosis was done promptly, and the correct part was replaced quickly. Ayub understood that given the age of the car, I did not want to spend more than what it was worth to me. I feel other shops may have picked on various unrelated small issues with the car and pushed me to have them looked at, but none of that. Ayub made a point of showing me the old broken part and where the specific fault was. Happy with the service, will go back in the future .

By far the only shop I trust with my cars. Ayub truly knows what he is doing and takes the most amount of care and pride in his work. He isn’t like many others where they just replace parts until the car is fixed. He will diagnose the issue and repair; only replacing when absolutely necessary.

Ayub is an excellent mechanic, very knowledgeable and a very nice person. He cares about his customers and will give you his best opinion on repair vs costs. We take 2 of our MBs to him. Great shop!
