Brad and Michelle were amazing! I had been with another company for years and when my furnace went out in the middle of the night; this other company said there was nothing they could do. They could come and look at it, but it was 10pm so they couldn't fix anything. I contacted Laughed Heating and Cooling and was thrilled with the response I had from Michelle. Brad was fantastic with the repairs, so professional and a great demeanour. My children and I are now cozy and warm. I will be cancelling my monthly service with my other company and working solely with Laugheed from now on. Couldn't thank them enough.

Brad and Michelle are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The work on our new furnace and AC was done timely and clean. Brad was here a few times for repair work on our old furnace and found problems that another company overlooked. I told my husband that Brad is the only repair man I trust in my home! I couldn't have asked for a better company. Highly recommended!

I have used Lougheed Heating Burlington many times. Brad is an honest and professional man whom runs a fantastic service. When I lived in a house, Brad was quick to help me out with any issues I had. He offered great solutions to problems, and would work within my budget, yet offer quality products for my home. Now in a condo, I have once again used Lougheed's help with my unit. Brad suggested the Nest product to replace a thermostat that was outdated and no longer efficient. I am completely happy once again with the service provided. This company is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive cooling and heating contractor out there, rather middle of the road. But what is most important is their honesty. Brad won't sell you something you don't need. For me, that honesty goes a long way and is tough to find. I have referred Lougheed services to anyone I know that requires cooling and heating help. Five stars from me!

Our water heater went during an already stressful time of dealing with the pandemic. Both Brad and Michelle were understanding and very quick to respond. The turnaround on a replacement was fast and the installation was painless. They made what could have been a pretty stressful situation easy and simple. Brad shows tremendous care and attention to detail in his work. I would definitely recommend them!

We used Lougheed for a recent HVAC commercial expansion and they did a great job. In and out in a day. Our indoor golf facility is open concept and they ensured that the positioning and alignment of the new vents were consistent with the existing vents. Really appreciated their attention to detail. Great service. When my furnace died, they had a service technician out the next day to inspect. He did not once try to upsell me on a product. When I decided to proceed with a new furnace and AC, they were able to pull some strings and get it installed in less than 24 hours. Very good professional installation, and very good customer service. Highly Recommend.

Woke up in the morning to an 18 degree house because the furnace wouldn't light, Brad came over within the hour, troubleshooted expertly, and went above and beyond to fix some additional issues he found with my furnace install (tight space meant some corners were cut by the installer) at no additional cost.Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!

In the upfront build of this relationship, Brad met with me and guaranteed me same day service / rates etc... and reviewed 3 projects to quote on. His wife Michelle took longer then should, and quoted me for each of the projects. I then approved and they began to work on each. It took much longer then it should have to complete, and this is when I found out they contract their work to Higher Standards / Miko. While a nice guy, during the course of the completion of these projects, I found that they were short staffed, under stress to complete his own contracts and that Lougheed was not his primary focus. The work was completed eventually, but there were tweaks remaining 8 months later. When the invoices came out, they were higher then quoted, and I called in to Michelle to discuss, and she broke down crying and pleading with me to pay as she made a mistake. It was approx 10% more then quoted, I had every right not pay the difference, but I chose to; as I wanted to build a partnership so they can service my account and prioritize me. During this time we had emergency issues, and calling in to Lougheed would go to an answering service, or Michelle would pick up and it would seem she was occupied with personal business then listening to my call. I would email, not get answers, I would book and not get service. I then started communicating more with Miko, he would service us as best as he could, but it would be on his time / not mine. The issues built where we had a freezer reefer / system issue, and its been going on for 3 months, lies from Miko, not showing up on 8 occurrences that he booked, wasted time from my staff to help support / defrosting the unit, only for Miko to not show and it freezing up again, and then no answer from him. There are no 'higher standards' being met here - as I had another tech and and he quickly showed me 3 issues that would have been found and corrected months ago. I would assume they are in the business of new builds, but cannot service / troubleshoot and root cause to correct. Brad has not contacted me (the owner) / Miko has decided to keep playing games, and Michelle is attempting to charge me for this BS fiasco, which will go straight to small claims for the thousands in losses from damaged product, time lost / etc... DONT DEAL WITH THEM - These type of contractors are all over and nothing sets them out above the rest.
