I visited this location earlier today as i was in need of a laser Printer for my Business. I must give a shout out to Hazique for having a ton of knowledge about all types of printers and Accessories. Not only he helped me finalize on a printer but they did not carry this specific model in store so he located one online and helped me place an online order while i was there. Thanks again Hazique and keep up the excellent service man!

It’s funny how people you never met in life go out of their way to try and make you think your truths are not reality. Made fun of me during the interview in regards to getting to work. Cracked a joke about me after. Called just to add insult to injury. What can you expect from Western society. People believe we have no need for morals because of plumbing. It’s a joke. If you know me, you are part of my world directly and if not, you are indirectly involved. Regardless if wether you make it your intention to involve yourself with me or not. Funny things is, I knew what I knew and still showed up. What do you accomplish? Let me help you with that as it’s rhetorical. Nothing. What do I accomplish? Proving to myself that I am right. Not a single person has yet to prove me wrong. Cowards.

Was with a friend who was printing some things at this staples. The printer didn’t work, which is a very common problem here. My friend asked Matthew for help. When Matthew couldn’t solve the problem, he put an out of order sign on the printer, told my friend to go talk to the manager, and walked away. Matthew didn’t get the manager for us. He didn’t make any further attempt to solve the problem. When pressed further, Matthew, repeatedly, and irritatedly continued to urge us to find a manager ourselves. My friend finally found a manager and the manager was able to get the files printed. Wish I got the managers name. He was a white guy with a great laugh.

I went to the store to print some items. I had a couple of retail agents helping me out however, there was one guy named Hazique, he really stepped up to help me out because they were having issues with that my file being too large, and he found ways to navigate the system and get the items I needed printed. In fact, I learned some thing about technology through him, and his knowledge which was awesome. I had a great experience. I got what I needed and was happy when I left so , thank you to your employee Hazique , for stepping up and going above and beyond.

The sales associate who was assisting us was absolutely outstanding. The store is so understaffed though and our experience took much longer than it should have. The young man went out of his way and very apologetic. It was difficult to see his frustration.

This place has Different type of traffic depending your time of visit.Supplies here are averagely priced and affordable.The staff are very helpful especially those at the printing section.The printing technology in place is also impressive. You could print directly from your phone/devices.Printing price is reasonable.Best thing is that there are many other businesses within this location, hence it's always worthwhile visiting this place.Free parking is available any day, Any time.

My mother purchased a laptop in late May to find issues with the monitor flickering. Although the return policy was 14 days, we attended the store after a month and half and the store manager did not hesitate in providing a full refund. Problems were likely hardware related and he understood this issue had occurred from day 1 of purchase. We ended up purchasing a better laptop. Thank you Manager Lorne and sales associate Hazique for helping out.
