I am very happy with the repair and the fact that they professionally cleaned the inside of my car too! No more flying dog hairs inside (at least for the time being). Thank you!One constructive feedback I would give is the length of the repair. I waited several weeks for parts. Once the car was in the shop, I was originally quoted four days, but I had to keep following up to get a timeline and it ended up being 8 days total. Although I realize that this may be due to an order delay, making this more clear to the customer would have been appreciated.

Months ago I came in for pictures of my vehicle when directed by Kanata Ford. Then it seems like nothing happened and or I was never advised. The person who answered the phone this morning at 8 was rude and unprofessional and kept talking over me so I had to try to let her know the details but it was incredibly frustrating. She shouldn’t work work customers. Somehow my work issue fell through the cracks and they didn’t seem to care which is concerning. Years ago I had body shop work done there and they were great. I just want to know what is going on as my vehicle needs to be addressed.

Brought my car here for minor rear bumper, and related trim repairs. The estimate for time to repair was three days. 3 weeks later the call came the car was ready. The workmanship was very good, but they missed a damaged lens cover, so I need to come back. Enterprise car rental, we're excellent seemless professsional service. I was asked to remit the $500.00 deductible upon collection of my car, but this was an administrative mistake. All in all I am happy with the work done, but not crazy about having to come back when the missing lens comes in.

Had an excellent experience with Assured Allards. I had to bring in my vehicle for repair following a collision. Upon drop off, the staff were very friendly and made the process seamless. They arranged to have the rental car company meet me at the shop. They were communicative with me in the days that followed to provide me with status updates. My vehicle was ready earlier than anticipated and to my surprise they had cleaned the exterior and interior. The vehicle looked amazing. Highly recommend!

The team did a great job by making the entire process very smooth and comfortable. Although there was a delay in getting back my vehicle, they kept updating me on the progress, which makes it easy to plan for the next few days of waiting! Great job and kudos to Christopher Davey & Megan whom I liased with the most!

Very Professional and their customer service was exceptional. They did a great job on my vehicule. Caseworker was very nice and professional. I was also receiving emails with updates on the repairs which i found very professional. The car was cleaned inside out when i received. Honestly, they deserve the 5 stars.

The Assured company fix my car after the accident. They did an amazing job. Looks like brand new. The estimator who was incharged with my car, update me weekly about my car. They are very reliable and quality. Would recommend this company.

Very good at keeping me informed. Workmanship was good and took the time to go over repairs when I picked up my car. I did have to call a few times to get them to come and tow the car over to the shop.
