Will not be ordering from here again. Purchased face masks but received alternative, inferior items than what I ordered. Even though the website does state they could be switched upon delivery, I expected at least a comparable product as the alternative to justify paying the same price.

I enjoyed a very good customer service experience with Medlee. The SteriShoe UV Shoe Sterilizers are must have products, wish I had them years ago, and am recommending them to others.

I just purchased a Steri Shoe shoe sterilizer on line from Medlee and when it arrived it had a broken UV bulb. Thanks to the great customer service at Medlee a new bulb was sent out and my Steri Shoe is now working as it should. It's nice to find an online store that backs it's products. Hats off to Medlee and especially Carol who made it all happen.
