Great first impression of a high end retail store. Not sure why this is the first impression that a store of this caliber would want. At the very least this security" guard should be dressed appropriately."

Exceptional customer service. All the employees and (especially) the manager, Dom, had gone above and beyond! I've been to the branch in Toronto and the selection + staff in this Robson store had been far superior.

Hard to find when you don’t know you’re looking for an owl on the store front. Wish the windows had a sign. We spent a few minutes wondering where it was. Oh wait! As I’m writing this I see a small sign by the door. Lol Definitely need to work on that. Simple collection. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t find the right size, ask for help! They have their stock with most sizes in the back. I’m here with my daughter who is absolutely loving what she sees so I guess they’re doing something right. Just not for this middle aged mom!

What a fun experience! The staff are so nice and I like how the store is setup. I got sweater and I absolutely love it! The store has such a nice vibe, I can't wait to come back. I took graduation photos in my sweater, it was perfect for Oregon's coast in the fall!

I only recognized it because apparently drake is in my top 10 artists of 2022.But low key that's only because he keeps jumping on features by actual talented artists

Been waiting to get to an OVO store ever since Drake announced the brand. We don't have OVO stores where I'm from so it was a bucket list moment for me. Purchased a ton of stuff. Staff was nice and polite.

Went there over the weekend, guy that originally helped me out was good. Helped me out getting the size I needed for the item. Went to go and pay and there was two ladies at the counter helping out two customers. One was getting a couple items and the other customer was getting many items. Once the one girl was done she just walked away from the counter and asked if I needed a hand, which I told her I was waiting to pay. The girl proceeded to just ignore that and walk away from me.Overall it's always a good experience, the guys are always nice there and helpful. The girls are a hit or miss. Lots of selection and seems to always seem to have good stock there, even when the online store is out on select items.

1. You can't buy OVO stuff as gift, reason you can't exchange once you made the purchase. 2. You can't contact or speak to them over the phone. 3. No minimum spending where you get actually free shipping. There are brands ourlt there whom they won't change minimum spending around $80-$90. 4. Inventory they have on website, especially black color stiff get sold out next day and no doubt it's famous but at least take off those stuff which Is not in stocks for months n months. 5. Timing is odd if you want to chat and you have yo provide valid option in order to chat . Means if you have no order number you won't be able to chat. DRAKE you have made the enough money and now time to bring some changes. Or soon you will seee huge cut off.
