Just bought a new washer and dryer from them and was very impressed. The whole process from the sale to the installation and removal of my old appliances was professionally handled. Everyone there was great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Fast, friendly service. The dishwasher in our new house started making a god awful noise. They had a repairman here within a few business days who was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.Always wore his mask, boots off at the door. Very friendly and honest. Highly recommend.

Merrithew’s was an incredible experience from start to finish. Our washer recently broke and was beyond repair which was not good because we have two small children. The sales staff were incredible and really took the time to make sure that I got the best washer for my needs and that what they sold me was in stock and within my budget. I really appreciated that their pricing was “all in” meaning the price I saw on my appliance included delivery, removal, etc. I wasn’t surprised by extra charges like I have been in the past. They were able to get me something next day which was so appreciated. What really blew me away was the installation. The two gentlemen that delivered my washer took the time to not only install it professionally but ensure that the washer would be totally usable with the laundry room door open or shut. They took the extra time to check everything before they left (even that the soap tray would fully open with our door fully open - it was tight :)) and made adjustments to the placement of my machine so that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing when I went to do my first load. 10/10 would buy from here again and recommend them to anyone. Stress free appliance purchase! The delivery, install and removal were seamless, the installers made sure my machines were level and working correctly before leaving and answered all my questions. Super thrilled with my new appliances!

Fantastic service! Better price than I expected. I highly recommend Merrithew's.The drum arm on our front load washing machine was failing. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for someone to come inspect it and give an estimate on repair costs for first thing Friday morning.Friday morning I got a call from Tim asking what our problem was. I explained the symptoms we were having and he diagnosed the problem over the phone with certainty. He said he didn't want to unnecessarily come out and charge us a house call just to tell me the same information. He gave us an approximate repair cost and let us decide if we wished to follow through with the repairs. We decided to have it repaired rather than throw another appliance in the landfill. He took the model numbers over the phone and sent in the order for the replacement part.The following Thursday afternoon, I got another call from Tim saying the part had arrived and he had some extra time to install it ahead of schedule if we wanted. Shortly after the call he showed up to install the part. Just over an hour later, our washing machine was running like new again. Tim was very knowledgeable, professional, and humble (turning down several attempts at offering gratuity).All in all, in less than a week we called, got an estimate, ordered parts, and had our washing machine repaired for less money than we expected.

Make this your first stop for appliances!My fridge died and I needed a replacement ASAP. I went to all of the big box stores first and found some options, but didn't get great service. My last stop was Merrithew's. I (mistakenly) thought their pricing would be high and they would have inventory issues, but I was wrong. I found a great fridge at a great price, and it was delivered and set up the next day. They even hauled away the old one.Great service, nice to support local!

Whirlpool fridge air vents blocked called to get it serviced a girl informed me it would be at least a week ??to be repaired I called another technician and they are coming ASAP . . Thank you

I can't comment on the Sales side, but the service side was outstanding.My front load washer died and I had clothes stuck inside because the door wouldn't unlock. It was a couple of days before they could come by because they were extremely busy, but they did not disappoint.They fixed my washer, and was even great enough to show me what the issue was and walked me through the fix.If their sales side is half as good as their service, then if I ever need a new appliance (or have one fixed again), I'm coming here first.
