Steve replaced my entire top floor and did a great job! He quoted a competitive and fair price with no hidden costs. He's honest and straight forward with what needed to be done and kept us in the loop on any possible delays and issues that could come up. Nancy and Daniel were part of his hardworking team for our project and we couldn't be happier with their work. No hesitation to use Steve again for any future floor projects.

I hired Steve to do some work on my basement apartment. There are two things that I really appreciate about him: his honesty and his professionalism. He is a seasoned Pro and breaks down the costs so you know exactly what you are paying for. He shows up on time, assesses the job at hand and gets to work. He keeps you informed and makes sure the job site is spotless at the end of the day. He is very tidy and he even threw in little extras, small things he did to improve the final result, all at a fair price. I trust Steve. He is a topnotch Pro. I even recommended him to my sister.

Hired The Cutting Edge to repair my raised kitchen addition which had sunk due to rotting joists. Addition was raised at least 1 and supported to existing deck with sono-tube and lagbolts. Rotting joists and subfloor replaced. Carpentry had to be done to existing kitchen cupboards

Steve did a great job installing vinyl plank over existing tile in one of our bathrooms. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and discuss the work in detail so there were no surprises, was on time, and finished earlier than expected. We are very happy with the results, and will be calling him when it's time to do future floor work.
