Great communication, answered my inquiries within half an hour of sending them. Convenient locations to choose from. The mannequins and demo equipment were very clean and in good condition. Used to take a lot of the 2 day full cert ACLS courses which was very time consuming. Love this blended online version. Saved a lot of travel and class time by doing self study. Jeyantus Philip was my instructor, he was very knowledgeable and made ACLS quite interesting. Geared it towards heavily towards emergency and critical care medicine, developed his own teaching materials. He's very efficient and made the class fun. Would recommend this company for external hospital ACLS certification.

The instructor is very kind, knowledgeble and patient. He gave useful feedback after each practice. He treats every student equally without discrimination, not like some hospital course that is terrible and discouraging. It's healthy learning environment to obtain the ACLS certificate. Strongly recommmend this location.

I love the idea of blended course which allows self learning at your own time and you only have to go in class for one day. Our instructor Mr. Jay is friendly and knowledgeable. He made the class fun and interactive. He allowed us to be part of scenarios that were thought provoking. He took time to discuss and it was a good learning experience overall.Reason why I took off 1 star is, the online component had some glitches for me. Instructions weren't as clear. Took many tries to get to the modules , and even after completing the online components, it showed my status as in progress". I had to do pre self assessment test twice due to these issues.Also

This was my first ACLS blended course, the online portion allows for better flexibility as you are able to work at your own pace. As for the in-person training, the location was small but adequate for a group of six people. Our instructor (Jey) was patient and very knowledgeable. He was encouraging and created a comfortable learning environment. I feel that I was able to learn and run scenarios without judgement. I was happy to work with a wonderful team who supported each other in learning. I will definitely be coming back for my future renewals.
