A really welcoming and vibrant studio. Staff and teachers are very supportive towards students of all levels; making it a very welcoming environment for those looking to expand their practice :) Also a wide variety of classes and teaching styles to choose from. Definitely recommend!

This Yoga Sudio is new, clean and fresh. Open 7 days a week, but the open hours are split up, depending on the class bookings and client schedules. The hours are posted on the main doors and range from 5:45 am to 9:00 pm. Thanks for the tour .....

Hot yoga fanatic and Westcoast is an amazing place to scratch my itch. It’s the right balance of spirituality and toughness (variations are offered for all those who want or need it). I am yet to have all the instructors but the ones I have were knowledgeable.

Amazing Yoga studio. ALL their instructors have a great deal of experience, each bringing their own unique style. There are various classes available from hot to yin to power. I have taken over 400+ classes at this studio as well as various workshops and trainings, and highly recommend Westcoast Hot Yoga to beginners and yogis alike.

This review is about 13 years late. I took my first yoga class here 13 years ago. It was life transforming. I have practiced at many different studios since then. But Westcoast remains my favorite and no others have come close. Perfect balance of spiritual and fitness and that made me I fell in love with yoga. I wish I still lived in the neighborhood and go back on the regular!

Inconsistent studio with High instructor turnover and schedule. If you only like hot it’s an ok option but there are better studios and offerings in the area to explore. Overpriced for mediocre experience.

I decided to get back into Yoga after some time off due to a hip replacement, and since I had just moved back to the area I decided to try a few studios out and see which I liked best. It was Westcoast, hands down. I don't come to Yoga to feel like I'm in a boot camp, or be told that the more I come the more weight I'll lose. I don't like being brought into my body-image headspace while practicing yoga, especially repeatedly. Yes, I come to yoga for exercise, but it's not just about that. Yoga is about the whole mind-body connection, and improving my whole self through my practice. That's the vibe I get at Westcoast versus other area studios I tried. I've never heard a body size reference in my month of attending classes here, just a rewarding , challenging and authentic practice in a clean, open studio space with thoughtful, experienced, and humorous instructors/practitioners. If you want to heal your mind AND body, Westcoast is the place for you.

Great choice of class times and types, friendly front desk, wonderfully managed studio. The teachers are all very knowledgeable, encouraging, and helpful. There is also a great choice of workshops and events. Great yoga studio in the heart of White Rock. Thank you for being here for us Westcoast Yoga team!
