RBC Royal Bank

First time in this branch. Staff is super friendly (which is the reason for 2 stars) but they seem to be short on staff, their wait time is horrible, 2 persons in front of me, waited apprx. 20 minutes. What I had to do took less than 2 minutes to complete and leave. I am not the only one complaining about the wait time. Maybe" they should do something about it!"

I always have issues with this idiotic branch. My sister was stranded in Paris because her card wouldn't work and we checked, went in person to the branch (spoke with Karim) and he told us her card would work. I've been with rbc for 15 years and in the last 2 years the service has been horrible!! My debit card is blocked after I specificaly told Karim to NOT block my card. I was frauded and those idiots never answered the calls from the police to investigate and to this day I never got my money back. My family who has been with rbc for more that 20+ years and some of them were even previously employed by RBC will change. It's disgraceful how they treat their clients now, it wasn't like that before...

Waiting time is so long... 3 people in front if u easy 30 min waiting time. Rare I'm in and out. Often not enough tellers. Also often after client leaves they are sitting and talking for a min or 2 before taking next in line.

Really guys!! It's 9:30, lineup already and your doors are not open.

I really dont want to even put them 1 star .. omg horrible waitting time .. staff service super slow even they finished their client they still talk the S things to them .. guys you gonna wait atleast 30mins for your service . Always surprise things happen when you get there . Normal desposit money to Business chequing account verg easy , this time after waited 45mins then my turn come and got a staff saids im not allow to deposit money - ask me if i can open account with them ?? Why maybe they need service monthly fee from me ?? The worst ever service ... never come back to get the S line up with a super low service no experience . Guys please dont com back here or open any business here in this brands because they really dont care your waitting time ... better they spend their time to talk and do S things. Stop coming here

Never space for parking when I’m there so I have to park at the daycare. Only two ATMs inside, when the standard nowadays seems to be at least 3, not to mention that one of them is often not working, so expect to also wait a long time to use one if you’re there at peak hours because people love to take their sweet time here. Wasn’t expecting such a bad experience with RBC in Sainte-Dorothee honestly.

Understaffed!Maybe if you would pay more, more people would apply and we YOUR customers won’t have to wait 45min for our turn

This place needs a complete overhaul of staff the incompetence is at the highest level.
