Williams Dental Clinic

Hi, morningI have done a procedure at the clinic and seems un professional, Went with a broken tooth and there was no explanation of procedure and they are no options to discuss. like if capping crown and which will last longer. I asked the assistant I think and she told doctor will talk to u no one talks. We pay out from our insurance that doesn't mean we don't care what procedure is been done. Reception was welcoming but other than that they should have a professional was to handle and explain the situation and procedure. They should walk through the process as they do.

Going to the dentist/dental clinic is always tough for me, but I am glad that at Williams Dental Clinic, staff are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and gentle that makes me forget my fear. It is also nice that they send reminders of my appointment. The hygienist is very gentle and I enjoy our small talk that makes me feel at home.

Very Disappointed, Dr Mustafa froze the complete wrong side of my mouth and the assistant asked same questions repeatedly and he still got it wrong .They almost tried pulling teeth with wrong side froze and thought that was funny ,very unprofessional at the cost of $650

The most unprofessional dentist around. This man believes that it is okay to pressure patients into doing what makes him more money, not what the CUSTOMER is asking for. That is your job, to do the service you are being paid for and educated in. My sister went into this dentist today and was absolutely mistreated when she declined a root canal. She wanted the tooth pulled, and she said that from the beginning, why can’t you listen to what is asked of you. She tells me she was in pain during the X-ray and the lady bumped her mouth while putting the vest over her resulting in more pain; come to find out later from a different dentist that the X-rays weren’t even done properly. They had to retake them while she was there because they couldn’t even see anything from the X-rays Williams dental took earlier that morning. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Have some kindness and compassion working in the field you do instead of digging as deep into someone’s pocket as you can.

Front counter staff (Shauna & Maureen) are always welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. All other staff are also professional and pleasant to deal with. I have always had a good experience at Williams Dental Clinic when needing to resolve a dental issue.

My experience is always very positive. The hygienists that do my cleanings are aware of my sensing sensitivity on certain teeth so they will move to another area and then come back to the sensitive area. I like that I have always been able to get an appointment in the day I request.

Had fillings today, the assistant Crystal and Dr. Mustafa are a great team. It was a good experience! Thank you!

Deleted and take back the 5 star review I once had here. I had excellent service with the old dentist. The new guy pushes for root canals on teeth that don’t even need them. Can see his creepy happy smile when he said “book for a root canal” on a tooth that wasn’t even bother me. Absolutely not! Will never go back here again. Change the dentist again cause that man is terrible, sorry to say.Also to speak on the work he did. Numbed in one area but went and violently stabbed another area. Moving the needle all around in an un-numbed area. Ugh that was so painful. And when I was in pain he said “you shouldn’t feel any pain only pressure.” This was for a tooth removal. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Great dental clinic! Great staff! Fast efficient and pain free. Dr.Almakki is an excellent dentist. He explained everything and checked to see how I was during my procedure. If your looking for a great dentist and a great overall experience this is the clinic for you!

The receptionist was the only good thing about this place. I came in for an emergency service, they did an X-ray and did a terrible job, didn’t seem to care(the X-ray didn’t come out properly), the dentist came in and told me I needed a root canal, I told him no thank you and that I’d prefer just to have it pulled, and after that he completely changed the way he talked to me and treated me. Super disrespectful and rude. Do not recommend going here.
