Just recently did my DZ road test with Heidi as an instructor. I appreciated her professionalism throughout my testing experience. Great location to take road tests.

Had an awesome drive test with Heidi. Not sure how there could be bad reviews of her. Extremely friendly, good sense of humour and overall very nice. She corrected me on a few things but was in no way rude. Thanks again!

Brian was AMAZING I was so nervous about the st because I failed the first time and was so scared to have the first instructor I have previously she was a nightmare she so rude and demeaning! Dosent deserve to work there in my opinion she's treats everyone like garbage. BRIAN was awesome so kind genuine and happy! There needs to be more people like him in this world

I have recieved my G1 all the way to my DZ and have failed twice on the G over minor things. I find the consistency between instructors is all over the map, where some use common sense and others are over the top. Won't say they failed me for extra cash for the joint but sure seems that way. As well their inbox is always full so your only way of getting ahold of this branch is in person

Visited today to get my G license. On entry in to the centre I was greeted by staff and helped immediately. I did my driving test with Heidi and she was awesome to have in my passenger seat! She knew I suffer from anxiety with testing and made me feel super comfortable and at ease. She is an easy going funny lady! The ONE complaint in these reviews about her wasn’t even from the driver themselves but the drivers mother! Trust me when I say, she is great at her job and makes taking a test a fun experience! If you end up with Heidi during your road test, you are lucky! All of the staff was very friendly! Thank you all so much!

Had my G road test today with Tobias, he was great, super friendly and made me less nervous! The lady at the front desk was also friendly! Great experience.

Office staff were understanding to my needs and nothing but professional. My examiner, Heidi, was very pleasant and patient with me. She was more than fair while challenging my knowledge to be prepared and successful. I was successful and know that Heidi’s empathy and understanding was key. BIG thanks to Heidi and drive test north bay staff.

I just moved here from another province and came here 4 separate times trying to get my license and change my name because I had also just gotten married. Each time they told me they could not find my full driving record and therefore could not give me a full drivers license even though I had a full license from my previous province. They told me I would require a letter from the previous province. Not only were they not helpful, they were also rude and just appeared to be annoyed with me. After multiple attempts, I gave up. I then went to the DriveTest in Peterborough with my letter (which I had to pay to get from my previous province) which I was told I needed at this location, where they then said I did NOT need the letter because they could successfully pull up my driving record...they then gave me my full license with no issues. Not sure how this works but I wasted my time trying to obtain my license here and did not have a good experience.

Worst place to do your driving tests at ever ! Heidi is awful extremely rude and overall just awful. She constantly yells and belittles you for any little thing you do during your test. When pulling into the parking lot after my test I had to drive over a massive pot hole when doing so I slowed down and got over as much as I could without hitting the curb, she then began to yell at me to “MOVE OVER” I chose not to as I was already close to hitting the curb and would’ve failed for sure had I hit it even with her saying to move over more.
