Was offered a job with AMEX from this agency back in September with the starting date being October 18th. I filled out all the paperwork they needed, a lot of times at my own inconvenience. Once we got closer to the date, they weren’t being responsive. I would have to constantly call them and they would give me short, weird answers and kept blaming it on the background checking company. I called them on October 14th and that’s when they informed me that my start date was pushed to Nov 1st. It is now November 5th and I haven’t heard from them since the last time I called them. Very unprofessional company, I will never ever deal with them again.

Worst recruiter I have ever worked with in my life. They also have bad reviews by former temps. I worked with Forum. She lacks professionalism, can't read/write/speak English very well. Is rude when you inquire about the company & eludes questions & gets upset. She will also insult candidates, very condescending, & comes off a bit racist by her tone & treatment.Went to their FB page, pics lack diversity, all Indians. Doesn't even sound legit. Try to keep up with modern times it may help your company.

Alex from Collabera called me after seeing my resume on Monster.ca and managed to get me a full-time job in the financial district. And this after months of working with other temp agencies and only finding short term work. If I'm ever out of a job again, I would definitely make these guys my first call.

Bhavin Patel does not bother replying to you or following up at all. What an unprofessional company. My review is for before when I started looking for a position months ago, but that should tell you how this place is.

I got a call from Alex at Collabera who was fishing for referrals. He looked at an old resume of mine from Monster.ca from 3-4 years ago and wanted to talk to me about an Administrative Associate Sales position, a position that he should have immediately known I was extremely overqualified for (I have 17 years of B2C / B2B sales experience to-date); he asked if I was interested in it (he knew I was going to say no) or if I knew anyone that I could refer (why would I refer someone I know, to a total stranger?)Collabera, please step up the quality of your outbound recruiting calls. This isn't the first time I've been called by a Collabera rep pitching a position where there as no fit, and if this continues, it will be harassment.(Edit: Having your employees leave 5-star ratings on your Google profile? [Nick Thuringer? Jessica Valeny? Kendall Merritt?] Really guys, really? Were you paid or compensated by Collabera for this? Forced, pressured, or coerced to do it? WHY?)

I wanted to share some feedback with you regarding my recent experience working with your organization. While I appreciate the effort put forth by your team in finding a suitable role, I have some concerns about the way in which your organization handles employee compensation.During my job search, I noticed that a role for an insurance client was sent to several recruiters for $90 per hour, but your team reached out to me and said they could only offer $70 per hour. It appeared that your organization was taking a cut of $20 per hour, in addition to receiving a commission of 13% from the insurance client. This type of manipulation of employee compensation brings down market rates and places a significant burden on job seekers who are already facing challenges in securing employment. As a job seeker, it is frustrating to see such practices taking place, and it does not reflect well on your organization.I encourage you to reconsider your compensation practices and prioritize fairness and transparency for all employees. By doing so, you can build trust and loyalty among job seekers and ultimately contribute to a more equitable job market.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

I am very satisfied with the recruiter. She was very quick, straight at the point, explained very well the requirements for the position I was applying. Interviews done fast and on-boarding too. I will for sure refer Collabera to my friends and colleagues. Hope to work with Collabera in the future. Thank you

Best agency to work with. Honestly without them I’d have a hard time breaking into the financial field. They even comforted me and showed up to my interview to help me stay calm and relaxed. Excellent start to finish process. If you ever get a chance to work with a girl named Claire, your future is pretty set. She will fight and work to help you out in any shape possible. Hands down one of the recommended agency around here.

I've not interacted with this agency before & the 1st impression given by their rep who contacted me, was a very sleazy rude one. He spoke more like he was a shifty car salesman, some combination between drunk & flirting. Stay away.
