Lovely studio with even lovelier staff. I had my first facial ever here with Olivia (recommended on Reddit) and it surpassed my expectations. Olivia was very knowledgeable about skincare for all different skin types. The facial itself was enjoyable and effective and so far I’m really liking the samples she gave me after the facial to improve my skin (seeing improvement already). The facial was very reasonably priced as well! I’m excited to go back again soon.

Wow. I had an amazing facial experience with Monika. It was my first comprehensive facial and she was a knowledgeable esthetician. During the session she walked me through what she was doing at my request because I was so curious.She provided me with samples to take home and instructions for how to use them. I’m home now and my skin feels amazing and much more moisturized than ever! Looking forward to another one in the future.

I did a European facial here last week. The esthetician was super caring and friendly. Though the extractions were painful, the procedure overall was very relaxing. After the facial my face was bright red until the next day, and the day after my face was glowing.However, a week later, my face is so dry and rough, and there are visible skin flakes all over my face. When I apply the samples they gave me, there's a burning sensation. Even my old skincare products feels tingly on my face. Before the facial, even without any moisturizer my skin had never been so dry. I tried calling them to ask about my skin condition, but the person at the front desk hung up on me twice.

This was my first experience having a facial, and I left feeling refreshed but also with more confidence in how to manage my skin. I have been struggling with hormonal adult blemishes for almost a year, and have ebbed and flowed through many management strategies and internet worm holes. Olivia was super lovely, took the time to hear out my journey, was thorough in researching and commenting on my current routine, and then was explicit with her recommendations for routine tweaks. What an excellent experience! I went for my first facial and it has actually transformed how my skin feels. I’ve never had any major issues with my skin but recently started getting some white/black heads. She explained the science behind what was happening to my skin and helped me understand how to better take care of my skin. Their products are also excellent. They aren’t pushy at all with selling it and are super transparent about what makes sense for you to buy. Highly recommend! Only complaint is I wish they had a downtown location :)

I have been seeing Calla for my facials for a few years and it is amazing how much progress my skin has shown thanks to Calla’s expertise. She goes above and beyond to find the right routine for your skin and takes the time to explain the science behind what she does. I cannot recommend Calla and Optaderm enough for their facials!

I just had a great facial here. My skin has been sooo dry and I thought I was using the right products, I wasn’t! Thanks to Calla and her knowledge she was able to rehydrate my skin, relieving my dryness and wrote out a specific plan for what I needed to be using. I love these products and will def be back! Very affordable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I’m started my skin journey a year ago and went down the rabbit hole looking for anti-aging products.
