Excellent, quick service early on a Sunday morning. Technician Sean and expert Mike helped us clear a main drain in our triplex apartment building. As a professional builder myself, I am impressed with the service. I will be calling them again!

We had a sewer back up into our basement. Mike came by within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem, talking me through and showing me the issues. He scheduled a sewer line replacement on the spot for 2 days later. The crew turned up on time and were very professional, leaving the front yard so you could barely tell any work had been done. Would highly recommend.

there were slow drains in the house for nearly a year, until eventually the main drain backup completely. rooterman arrived in 20 minutes and did a video camera inspection for $129 and cleared the main drain sewer line in 10 minutes. the video showed the blockage problem, which turned out to be greasy sludge mixed with debris and household products, like paper towels. they said there was still a substantial amount of grease in the main drain line (the previous owners cooked a lot), which would eventually trap more debris over time. so they came back a few days later and did a high pressure hot water hydro jetting for a reasonable price, which restored the sewer line to like-new condition. they did a fantastic job. the drains have never flowed so good like that in the past. awesome company, very professional, reasonably priced. give these guys a call if you want a plumbing job done properly.

I was very happy with the prompt professional service on Christmas Day. I was told the technician would come out and assess the problem without charge, make recommendations and we could move forward. However, by the time the tech arrived, the problem had resolved and the quick 10 minute look with his camera to ensure there was no major problem cost $526including tax. It was determined there was no blockage or repair requiring immediate attention. It still cost the full $526. That was a bit of a surprise and a shock.....expensive peace of mind and very happy to have such prompt professional service on a holiday

Highly recommended plumber company.Mike and his team and absolutely wonderful, they get back to you quickly ,very reasonable with pricing and are able to service quickly. We had reached out to a few local plumbers in our area and we were told the excavation could take weeks. I decided to obtain more quotes from other companies and I’m so glad we did !! Mike came the next day, provided a fair quote and got the work completed the next day ! Mike is an honest individual, I won’t go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink was not draining. I was grateful that the company was able to send someone the next day. Neil was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I don't know much about plumbing and he really took the time to talk me through my options and pick the one that best balanced my budget and needs. He also gave me several quotes for other less time sensitive issues that I am having, but did not pressure me to agree to anything without really considering it first. I am so happy with the work he did. I would strongly recommend him!

Pretty impressive hour quickly someone was at my door. Even though I didn't end up using their services, he was very informative and shared some knowledge. With no upfront cost sounding great and all it also puts you under pressure when given a quote in person on the spot. Always get a few quotes is all I can say

I called these guys and Brian Hendricks showed up. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing issues and is amazing at his job. He found the problem in my basement before even going in when 3 contractors could not figure it out. Highly recommend Rooter man and Mr Hendricks!!
