Note on door stated closed at 10 pm, sorry for the inconvenience. Need gas and my young daughter needed to use the bathroom. Obviously this did not happen because they closed early.

The parking lot looks like the recently bombed city of mariupol. I saw a woman in a Nissan Micra in a pothole and was only held up by the stacks of orange cones used to fill the holes. Jesus Christ there is a foot deep 12 foot long pothole before you pull out onto 104. How can you not be mortified.

They need to Bulldoze the Ontario location and rebuild like all of the newer locations! This is the oldest store! The parking lot is like a war zone! The company should be embarrassed to have this location looking like it is! Thank You

The parking lot sucks, but Ms. Angel is a pizza artist! My pizza looks and tastes AMAZING! I would say the best pizza anywhere around the Ontario area... And, yes. I mean better than the little shop on Ridge.

Once upon a time I went here daily. Now I won't step foot in it. Talked to a manager from another store that covered one day and heard it was disgusting behind the scenes too. Love Fastrac pizza and used to get 2 a week but haven't had one for about 18 months cuz I wont go in.

Waited an hour for pizza that i ordered online, and I thought it was all good. The employee apologized said it would be ten minutes. Half hour later I see pizza number one come out, then pizza number two comes out both are not my pizza. They decided to make pizza for the store and then make my pizza, this wasn’t even the first time this has happened to me. Everyone that reads these please be advised every other bad review on here is 100% correct, there is four other gas stations in the area, choose any other one besides this one. Btw this is my first review ever, I work in retail I know what people go through and understand situations can happen but this was absolutely worth writing a horrible review, if I could have gave a 0 I would.

I stopped here for a late lunch and not only was the young lady rude to me as I asked for a particular slice of pizza she kept pointing with tongs nowhere near where I was pointing . I was quite specific. I paid with a $20 bill and the total was $4.31 . By the time I got to my work vehicle I realized I was given only $10 .69 with the reciept back . Shady if ya ask me . I was not going back in as I said , I was running a bit late .

Worst Fastrac I have ever been too. Workers seemed annoyed and focused on personal things. Bathroom is cleaner than the store itself. Also when we got home and had some of our pizza there was parchment paper melted" to the pizza. I have never seen that before

Management needs Major work!!!I've been in every weekend for the last few weeks, every time I go in there is ONE guy left to work register, pizzas, and stocking all on his own.I go in on any other shifts and they have 2 sometimes 3 people working.Why on the weekends would you leave the whole store to one person.Stopped in today about 20mins ago and Surprise Surprise, he is alone yet again!That's an unrealistic expectation of your staff!!!!!

Frequent here almost daily for a quick stop. I'm not sure what people's issue is. This isn't yelp. For the issues I've read: There was a staffing issue summer/fall 2022 that forced them to close early, it's been resolved for over 3 months. It's not filthy. Its not ANY less clean than Sunoco on ridge and 5 Mile Line in Webster which is a decent stop, it's just not as well stocked occasionally. The pizza here is amazing. Lastly, I've never had anything but pleasant interactions with the staff, regardless of when i walked in.The one issue I'll agree on, are the side entrances to the parking lot being full of potholes. Totally unacceptable amount. Staff has had repair tickets in to corporate for a while. If you wanna help get it fixed, contact corporate and complain. They prioritize these things based on impact". Its a smaller foot traffic store so they're gonna be bottom rung. Call and tell them to fix it so it stops ruining everyone's cars"
