Installation de 7 portes pour un locatif.Très bien conseillé par le représentant M. Michel Tessier, qui d'ailleurs a fait un suivi auprès de moi par téléphone suite à l'installation. L'équipe d'installateur, M. Bazinet, Jean-Seb et Barbu, sont ponctuels, agréables, professionnels et donnent de bons conseils quant à l'entretien du matériel à long terme. Ils travaillent proprement et sont polis avec mes locataires. Une équipe de feu! ...que je recommande chaudement.

My journey with Fenomax has been a learning curve with its fair share of challenges. In the initial phase, I encountered several concerns, such as the delay in installing 15 new windows that extended three months beyond the scheduled date. On top of that, a few mishaps occurred during the installation process, leading to scratches on the frames.The response time for rectifying the issues was extended initially, which included addressing a significant defect in one of the windows. I also experienced a concern with the window cranks and showed manufacturing defects. Finally, reordering the replacements was a bit tedious due to communication.To add to the mix, we noticed the window latches started showing signs of wear even though they were brand new. Given these circumstances, my initial impressions of Fenomax had room for improvement regarding its product quality and customer service.However, let me extend this review by shedding light on recent positive developments. Fenomax's staff turnover has introduced a set of team members who genuinely demonstrate a commitment toward client satisfaction. A representative reached out proactively, expressing genuine understanding and sympathy toward my situation. The team swiftly scheduled an appointment for the replacement of the window handles.True to their promise, the team arrived promptly and on the agreed date. As a delightful surprise, the manager himself came over to rectify the defective parts. He also noticed that our windows required adjustment – something we hadn't identified. He has scheduled another appointment to rectify this proactively, highlighting his attention to detail and commitment to pre-empting potential issues.Indeed, we all are human, and occasional errors and defective parts can be part of any service or product journey. My initial dissatisfaction primarily stemmed from a communication gap. However, with the recent changes in management and staff, communication and service have substantially improved.I could not have asked for a better service than the ones received within the last week from Fenomax.The recent experiences with the new team have surpassed my level of expectations and satisfaction, turning my initial negative impression into a prominently positive one. The renewed commitment and service of the Fenomax team are truly commendable.
