I had a super bad experience this morning at this location which is the nearest one to my house.Two days ago I purchased 3 bottles of whiskies for same day pickup, and yesterday I got an READY FOR PICKUP email. So I went to pick up my order this morning. However, after checking my ID, the lady said the adress on my ID is diffrent from the one on the invoice/receipt(maybe the billing address) so she could not give me my orders. Then she asked her manager for advice and got the same result. She asked me to cancel the order then purchase in store. Then I said it is fine and I will come back with the ID with the same address. After a while, within half hour, my order got cancelled. I was shock and speechless. I got those for my friends Christmas gifts and ready to give them tonight. It is rediculous for them to serve customersblike that. Honestly, I will never ever go back to this location any more. The worst experience I have ever had.

They are ordering a Gluten free beer I requested. Durham Damm from Spain. They have had it in the past and are requesting it again. Good service by Mario.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, offering recommendations and assisting with any questions I had. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.

Awesome staff, awesome store.I am extremely impressed with how this location is handling covid-19. Although one thing that I was super unimpressed by was the security outside the store. As someone who has their security guard license, the individual that was doing security today at appx 4 pm should not be employed (at least not around the public) get off your phone and do your job. I had to ask him to enter the store because he was too busy on his phone to notice 3 customers left the store. I had to ask is your policy when someone leaves, someone can go in? And he barely acknowledged me. People are dying for jobs, hire someone better. I still gave 5 stars because it is not the stores fault. They should seriously consider hiring a better security company or a better guard from that company. especially if that's the first person your customers are coming in contact with. Thank you.
