Came here slightly after Covid hit. Wanted to charge me a made up price of $19 for a large beef on sticks. Mind you the price shown on the screen above was cheaper. They told me price has gone up. Didn't want to argue as I was on my lunch break. Normally when you go to a shawarma place they have the meat vertical rotisserie & they slice the meat fresh off of it. Not at this place. Everything is pre-cut. I don't even bother going to this place anymore.

I had terrible customer service experience and the food was not as delicious as the other Lazeez Shawarma stores. The chicken was not fresh neither warm enough as they have put inside a container.The restaurant owner did not wash his hand or wore gloves and was making my order while talking over the phone. His attitude was disgusting and racist and kept on saying I need to keep paying extra for everything which I didn’t even ask for.I am never visiting here again and would recommend everyone to find other Shawarma Place for better customer service, food and value for money.

The large beef and the chicken wraps make for a filling lunch.Be careful with the spice level, a little spicy goes a long wayThe service was good, and the kitchen looks cleanWe will eat here again

Ordered chicken on rice with the sauce.. Went here thinking it would taste like the one in the west end since it’s a chain but it didn’t! The chicken was good but the rice tasted very strange.. I’m not sure what it is but yeah… :/ food was fast hot and ready but the flavour of the rice specifically was not right… wouldn’t go back to this location sadly. Maybe it was burnt or something? I don’t know but ya not again.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Lazeez. I’ve been a loyal customer since my days in Waterloo where the franchise started. However this is the worst Lazeez, as well as the worst food establishment I’ve been to, if you’re looking for correct portions and care in your food. I need to supervise these guys like they are children or else they will not hesitate to rip me off even if I pay extra. The last time was my last time. Never again.

I had a very bad experience from this place. The person who was packing the food was not at all hygienic. Very rude and bad behaviour. Forget about the service but the kitchen and cooking area was not at all good.Eventually the food was so bad. The rice was not boiled properly. Never ever recommend this place.

The chicken wasn’t fresh, it smelled like tuna. The portion we were give is so small we ordered large Lazeez on the rocks we were given chicken according to the small size not large size. Then I asked him to put extra in wiling to pay then he put a little bit more. We will not come anymore and this guy will for sure lose his business by doing this to every customer.

I ordered a falafel shawarma. Dude gave me only 2 small piece in the whole frickin wrap. The wrap. Just lighly toasted despite asking to toast it well done. The sauces were bland. Veggies were cold.We also ordered half an half. Fries were very soggy like half way done as they are frozen fried. The rice are bland. It was there closing time when we went there. If you dont want to serve your customer to what they are paying for. Then simply close it early. But please dont ruin someone appetite. We were very regular customers. Not any more. Sorry and thank you.

Conveniently located in a small plaza along Kennedy road.The restaurant is spacious & with a friendly counter person.Shawarma sandwich was delicious, will come back again & try the On The Rock special.

Ordered from these guys on 2022/11/28 who ever is cooking in this resturant needs to be fired I ordered gold crispy fries I got served soft wet fries my cesar salad had actual pieces of bread inside of it not even bread crumbs someone ripped off the edges of a piece of bread and put in my food look at the pictures.... How you failing so bad in life you cant make a simple salad and fries this location is ruining the name for Lazeez
