Booked vaccine appointment for two, drove them two hours so that They can can have their vaccine 2nd dose. when our turn came they told us sorry we received only one vial short from Pfizer. so last 10 people will not get it.( we were not on waiting list. it was official booked appointment) Looks like some body from pharmacy gave that to friend and family under the table or They decided to screw official appointment people booked with them and they gave that doses to people they know. they are blaming Pfizer for not providing correct doses in box. which I do not buy it.UPDATE: next day They were lucky enough to get Pfizer appointment in mass vaccination clinic. When they reached there clinic refused to give them shot. and asked them...are you trying to get 3rd vaccine short in 24 hours? system says that they already had shot yesterday at shoppers drug mart in Kingston. they have to explain the screwup that happen at shoppers drug mart in Kingston. again she believed them and gave them a shot. and asked them.. how did they enter in system before giving us vaccine shot? that is against the health department's procedure. and I have proof of the email of two 2nd shots from Ontario health.. Shoppers need to investigate internally......very serious issue

I have had two awful experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacist I dealt with in particular was so terrible I have been going to a different pharmacy since I do not want to give them my business. My husband and I were picking up my pain meds after my C-section and they gave my husband such a hard time for picking them up for me despite having the right documentation. It also wasn’t ready despite the hospital faxing it to them hours in advance. The second time was when I was trying to pick up an infant Tylenol which my doctor had given us the prescription for. The pharmacist initially refused to provide the medication. He said the prescription was “incomplete” since my doctor had written the dosing as per weight despite including the proper concentration and weight of my baby. When I told the pharmacist that this is normally an over the counter medication and that I will be going to another pharmacy, he reluctantly agreed to give me the med. When it was ready, the tech called me over to pay (which was doubled the price since the med was being dispensed by the pharmacist) but told me that she could not give me the med until the pharmacist talked to me. So I had to wait again. The pharmacist literally held the med in hand while he condescendingly “educated” me on how to provide Tylenol to my baby. I repeatedly told him the correct dose and that this is normally an OTC med I would not have to go through such grief if it wasn’t for the shortage. The only reason I did not give 0 star is because the pharmacy tech was nice.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this pharmacy. I will be escalating to the appropriate agencies. Completely messed up my medication and horrible rude service to boot. There is one particular female pharmacist who is especially hostile. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate IMHO.

Yet another terrible pharmacy… Pharmacists are always rude and unhelpful (these seem to be mandatory qualities for Shoppers pharmacists…). Representatives will help one customer and then walk away while there is a whole line of people waiting… If you request your medication to be ready for 8 hours later, they still won’t have it ready on time. Very inattentive and grumpy staff. Overall terrible experience every time - ended up moving my prescriptions from Shoppers completely.

I normally very rarely post reviews but what happened at this pharmacy was so egregious I had to warn others. Long story, but this pharmacy messed up big time and altered my medication, resulting in me only getting a quarter of the prescribed dose and having terrible withdrawal before I realised their mistake. When I attempted to address the situation I was met with utter rudeness from yasi zhetab who actually walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I have filed a complaint with the Ontario college of pharmacists and am considering legal action. To make matters worse, I have just found out that all my prescription history (a full list of every single medication I have taken) to was linked to a person other than myself’s account, therefore they had access to all my personal private health information, some of which was extremely private and sensitive. I normally wouldn’t share stuff like this but I wanted to warn other people: please pick another pharmacy, there have been so many minor screw ups here but this was so severe and has crossed a line. Or at least check all your prescriptions thoroughly to ensure they are correct and don’t look different than normal. I sincerely hope no one has to go through what I did ever again.

I strongly recommend not using this pharmacy - visit Pharmasave or Bryan's instead. The staff within the pharmacy itself (not the general store) are rude and have a poor grasp of English. The pharmacists themselves are a mixed-bag and mediocre at best, egregiously incompetent at worst. In importing a bunch of workers from the Punjab, instead of hiring locally, management has decided to prioritize financial considerations over patient welfare, customer service and communication skills; the results are clearly to be seen and avoided. My advice to management, namely Mr. Doyle: stop using the TFWP and rethink the way you staff your operation.

Great place! I went in to have my makeup done by Kaitlyn P. and she was awesome! Very friendly, personable and very good at her job. I was very pleased. I enjoyed an awesome night, so thanks girl!
