This is my regular pizza joint for an everyday pizza. Quality is standard. Have had issues with wrong toppings or missing dipping sauces but as their guarantee states they always fixed the issue or gave me credit. Delivery is always quick. Only ever had one issue where I waited 2 hours and I had to cancel and I got zero help and they were rude. But that is not typical here. Still confused at what happened that day.

I love Domino's pizza it is delicious so amazing. I recommend if you love to order pizza it just Domino's.

Ordered for the first time ever. Went for the special, 2 -3 topping pies @25.99 and cheesy bread, and added 2 lave cakes @5.99. Order taker suggested the choices, as I don't know their product. He gave me a total of $37.85 delivered. When it came the total was 43 somethingWhen I called to ask why the person that answered said it was because I ordered chicken and something else more expensive, as toppings. Remember, I ordered by suggestion. I was also not told of a 6$ delivery charge. I refused the order and the phone guy said he couldn't find who took the order. Main st. Store isn't that big. I won't try them a second time.

I placed my order online, like I always have. When I got to the store when the app indicated that the pizza was ready for pick up, I was informed that it was not ready, and had not been made. I ended up waiting for an additional 15 minutes in the store. I got frustrated about 10 minutes in and asked to cancel the order, and get a refund. The gentleman behind the counter than spoke with a woman who was making pizza and she sounded rather aggressive and put off by my request just in her tone of voice. She said “If he wants a refund give it to him but it will be ready in 3 minutes.”This incident is the second time this happened at this location to myself, the last time was in late March this year. I chalked that one up to an off day no problem.Reading the reviews on Google though, it seems like my issue is not isolated to myself for this location. It’s good product, but it appears the customer service is lacking.Also on another note the delivery drivers for this location are all parked right in front of the store, leaving walk in customers to either park on the street or down the parking lot. It’s not uncommon to see 4 -5 delivery cars parked right in the front at a time.I have pizza night every week for my two sons, and at this time I will not be using Domino’s at this location again.Product is 4 StarsCustomer service 1 Star ( likely caused by poor management)Average 2 starsUPDATE:::::To the owner regarding the email they sent to me:I did not receive an email regarding this issue.This is as of June 14, 2020 at 17:00.This is after I sent an email about my concerns first to [email protected] on June 6, 2020 with no answer from them.I encountered this issue on June 3, 2020.I posted this review on June 11, 2020.Again no correspondence received from anyone from Dominos.I value good customer service, so if I would have gotten some level of acknowledgement and honesty right at the start, rather than being offered a free bottle of pop which I refused, and some attitude, it would have been all good and ok. Even getting acknowledgement before I posted this review, all would have been ok.

There was a mixup with my pizza order tonight. But I called the restaurant and spoke to Coral the manager. She was very professional and resolved the issue immediately. Great customer service!Thank you!

Have had nothing but a good experience here. Always order pizza from this location. Always fresh and hot upon delivery or pickup. And the delivery drivers are so nice, super friendly

Definitely one of the worst pizzas I've been served, asked for extra sauce but that was a mistake. Domino's is usually great, this one, not so much. Completely void of other toppings, seemingly substituted by sauce, and the crust didn't rise in places it should have while rising in places it shouldn't. Sauce was overwhelming and salty.

I and my family even many of my friends stopped buying pizza from Domino since they start charging $2 for just switching from tomato sauce to BBQ sauce.I don't mind if they extra charge for some kind of different topping but $2 for just switching sauce is unacceptable.If they don't change their policies, I will never eat their pizza anymore
