Hands down the most knowledgable staff. I went there unaware of what I was looking for, and Erin was so kind and patient in helping me figure out what worked best. She was so helpful and made my experience a 10/10. The customer service was so awesome! I will definitely be telling all of my family and friends to go here! When I went to pick up my glasses, Victoria was able to help me and make sure I got everything together and everything was as good as I hoped. Both of these two people that helped me went above and beyond the regular customer service!

I just want to thank Kawaljit S for helping me a lot. I ordered a frame and lense from Optimax and it came out to be crooked. I tried to wear it for a week but my eyes were straining. I came twice to the shop to fix it. Frist time the staff helped me but they were not able to fix the problem.Second time I came and met Kawaljit who helped me and replaced my frame with a new one which was not crooked.I really appreciate the customer service which the store providesThank you!

The staff at Optimax are so awesome! They're always smiling, happy and very helpful. Victoria went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special and to make sure she got the glasses she wanted. My daughter was so grateful and impressed that she made a picture for Victoria that still hangs on their wall.Thanks so much to Victoria and the staff at Optimax for being so amazing! :) :) :)Tina

This is the third time that I have purchased glasses from Optimax Peterborough. I have to say that each and every time the staff went above and beyond with their assistance. They were all kind, professional, knowledgeable and patient. Kudos especially to Natalie who has been a real gem in assisting me each time! Thank you Optimax Team!! Your all great!!

Amazing!! My friend recommended me here for frames after her great experience.. The staff member who helped me (I believe it was Natelie?) was so nice and helpful; helped with some amazing picks of frames that suited me, made the process very easy, as well as extremely quick! Love my new glasses! Will be going back and would 100% recommend!

Great selection, from high-end luxury brands, to less expensive yet stylish. Friendly staff. They all did everything they could to be helpful, and went above and beyond. Natalie was super patient with my mom, who took 3 visits to finally decide what she wanted. Will definitely go there next time I need new glasses.

I went to get my new glasses there. They have tons of great frames, and as an indecisive person I wasn't sure which frame to get.Aidan really helped me narrow down my options based on my preferences (design, durability etc.), and upon pick up he kindly made minor adjustment for more comfort, and Erin was also helpful and understanding over emails.I'm usually very careful with any purchase, because when I buy something I try to use it for 10+ years.So who I buy things from really mattered to me. And I'm happy I found OPTIMAX Vision, and I'd recommend anyone to go there.

I have been a customer/client at Optimax Peterborough for years now and have had nothing but great experiences with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, but this morning Candice went above and beyond to help me! I had run out of my regular contact lenses and had misplaced my glasses and couldn't see a bit! I walked down to the Optimax just as they were opening and Candice helped me with an emergency set of contact lenses while I ordered more in, and I was able to walk home safe and sound! Thank you a billion times over!!!

Natelie made a broken pair of glasses workable when I didn’t think anything was possible as another provider told me they needed replacing. She is amazing and is happy to help! What wonderful customer service. I had thought I lost this store and was so excited to find they had only relocated. I’m eligible for new glasses this December and I wouldn’t go anywhere else due to how good they have been to me and how skilled they are as providers.See for yourself just what she can and did do!!
