TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The worst TD bank in Calgary, not even deserve 1 star.I asked for a draft for my son(who was out of town business trip) for a realtor deposit but said have to charge a fee. The lady assistant managersaid I have to transfer my account money to my son's account in order to have a free draft...but since my son not in Calgary...I couldn't get that draft on behalf of him. So I went home empty hand after waiting 1/2 hr. in line. The assistant manager mentioned I could withdraw cash but they don't have enough cash in my 2nd trip that day. So finally she gave me adraft pay to myself( then I used this draft opened an account in other bank). The new bank's teller was very friendly and gave me a free draftand congratulated my son's new home purchase.....then introduced amortgage adviser on site. I will write a good review about my new bank.This TD lost my trust(after 40 years) and my son's mortgage as a new customer.

Was told there was supposed to be three tills open (only one was), waited 30+ minutes for basic service.Manager was called multiple times by different waiting customers but refused to show up as they were busy dealing with a “customer” (of whom none of the queuing customers have seen).Waste of time.Either go to another branch or just switch banks entirely.

I went to Hampton TD branch for more than ten years, I find that these few years one of the front staff Crystal Chang treat their client very nice and she had a lots of experiences, professional and careful to make clients accounts precision in and out. She's one of the best member in this branch. All other staff are very friendly and working very professional as well.

8 year business customer. The place is never dirty and the fish tank is always clean (I don't think you need a PhD in fish ownership to make that determination). My kids like watching the fish while I bank. All the staff are nice people, never failed to be professional. It can get a little busy at peak times but not as bad as I recall from other banks in years gone by, or as compared to other local TD branches. I talked with a financial advisor a couple of times, who was nice as well. Never had any issues of any kind.

This is my bank and I've had mostly very good experiences with customer service, but there is one teller that was very condescending to me. The last experience upset me enough to have me consider moving my accounts, but I eventually realized that I just have to avoid her when I see she is working. I know it is difficult to analyse the performance of teller staff but I would suggest to tell teller staff to not try to educate" customers by using post office analogies."

I had the opportunity to visit this branch today to deposit some cheques. (My home branch is in Mission, B.C.)The counter was busy with two tellers working - and I would have been fine to wait.... I noticed the Branch Manager sitting at a desk beyond the counter speaking with a client. But since he is the manager I did not expect him to get up. However when he was finished with his client he came to the counter and beckoned me over! Not only did he deposit my cheques but he gave me very honest advice about the hold period since they were out of town cheques from another bank. Service above and beyond!Thank you Mr. McLeod- what a great example of leadership and client care. I would do all my banking at TD Canada Trust if you were my bank manager!

I have recently bought a new home, and I am so grateful that I went to the Hampton TD branch for my mortgage. The branch manager Chrisi and her team were amazing and helpful, especially Chrisi, she always went above and beyond in helping the clients out the best they can. I don’t believe I can get this kind of support and service anywhere else. Big thanks for Chrisi and her team for making my experience of purchasing a new home so smooth and pleasant.

This branch is garbage. I put in a bank draft, I let them know that I had an upcoming mortgage payment and was told that the hold on the entire amount could not be released for five business days. I finished the deposit and called the online banking to see if there could be a portion released. They told me that I would have to go to the branch, as they were the only ones who could release funds. I came back and a different associate said that I would have had to negotiate that when I initially deposited the draft. I told them that the original employee said there could not be any funds released and they blamed me saying that I should have got them to ask a manager or someone who could??? Make it make sense. Train your employees.

This TD branch service is like garbage, they have no respect to customer whatsoever. I want to transfer my mortgage to other bank, TD instantly treats me as enemy and stop any cooperation with it's competitor bank release necessary document and hang up my phone. it is so rude. I will transfer out all my business with TD, never work with them again.

Terrible service. Made me drive all the way to their branch to tell me the lady who was scheduled to help me isn't qualified to do what I drove here for. When she asked the guy above her if he had time I heard him say no and try to direct me to the Cochrane branch like I wasn't worth his time. Terrible service will never return to this branch for anythung and I'm considering looking elsewhere for all my accounts currently at TD. I now understand why they were the only place with available appointments. It's because they're awful
