I dont normally leave reviews but this is literally the worst store I ever been too. Went in to buy a pair of glasses, it didn't fit and they refused to refund me the next day. I will call my credit card company.

Omg!! I had the best experience here. One of the workers, named Monique, was so help and patience with me when choosing my first ever glasses. I would definitely go back in the future for more glasses!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!

I started going here since 2014 and the service was excellent until a year a go and especially this year. The staff is very rude on the phone and in person. I am not sure if the pandemic has made them more stressed, although they treated me very poorly on the phone and upon arrival. I am extremely unsatisfied. I Will definitely not go back there.

Poor customer service, didn't feel valued as a customer. Great optometrist though, very friendly. Go for the eye exam, not for the rest.

Extremely grateful! My eyeglasses frame had fallen apart, and i was worried as i need my glasses to drive. They fixed it super quickly, and did not even charge me as for them was a quick fix. For me it was huge! Merci.

The optometrist did a half exam, didn’t check colors nor distances, didn’t recommend treatment for issues, then charges me $25 because she just bought new machinery - I’m reporting her to the RMAQ because seniors should be free, and that she performed a half exam. I’ve had a lot of eye exams in my life and am aware of what it should be like, from previous experiences. This optometrist did not do a proper exam, it should be longer than 15 minutes, it was incomplete.

We live in ottawa and were looking for a dr to do an exam for my autistic child. My colleague recommended this clinic.We saw other optometrists but dr Atieh was the only one who managed to do the exam. She is really patient and good with children. In addition, there were very beautiful models of glasses for children and all the staff were nice with my daughter.

What a great office. We brought all of our crew members for their routine eye exam and we had a great experience. Doctor Atieh was very knowledgeable and very thorough with the exams. The front desk people were all very friendly and nice. Our crew members got the glasses on time, which was very important for our company. Will go there again next year and will highly recommend this office.
