We had 2 girls come in and do a cleaning for my daughter's first house with her boyfriend. They did a very thorough job, we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Darlene was very professional, and always quick to respond to us. We would highly recommend this service, and use it again!

DO NOT USE, NO MATTER WHAT!! Told me they would come at noon. I’m still waiting at 1:30. Call them to say it was unprofessional to make a customer wait without any notice, Darlene on the phone then processed to chew me out and tries to get a credit card number out of me. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, TRUST ME. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Not Recommended. Really bad cleaning. grease and dirt left on window frames, half wall, floor corners, walls dirty. Oven was disgusting. they spent 3 hours and barely anything was cleaned and got charged a hefty fee of $389.85.New Tenants were not happy. Now I have to pay a different company to get it done properly. I have tried calling many times and no one answers.

absolutely HORRIBLE service! I had one lady show up to my home almost 20 minutes late!!!!! & then her friend/partner in training, clearly; actually had the audacity to try and steal a diamond studded set of gold earings and when I confronted her about them she claimed they were her partners and she was just picking them..... little did they know I had them on camera! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY with absolutely NO CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS, and not to mention the owner of this location really has no idea what he is doing as my clean had to be rescheduled TWICE! Definitely do NOT recommend!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

I wish there was a 0 star to give this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I cannot stress that enough. DO NOT USE THEM. They are unprofessional, rude, and simply do not care about the job they do. They never apologized for the horrible cleaning job they did. They only offered to come back and reclean which by that time we had moved into the house and had to clean what they did not do (which was essential 80% of the house). Their compensation was to offer us the difference between their basic package and the move in package which was around 35$. I consider this a slap in the face for the job they did. I also provided pictures to the company of the job they did, for which they replied I don't know what happened" and "We trust our employees". Also claiming we should have been there to watch them (which we didn't have time for nor should we have to babysit) while they went through the house.My partner and I had requested a move in clean based on the package they offer on there website. It cost us 275$ which we were happy to pay for cleaning up the renovations we had done to our new home. We told them that we had done renos and that the house was a mess. We told them everything they needed to know prior to coming into the house and there was ZERO confusion about what needed to be done. Needless to say

Extremely impressed with my services. I requested into a few different places to get quotes, Darlene phoned right away and was helpful with pricing and information regarding Molly Maids, they were able to book me in next day and I was so happy with the results. I decided to book in bi-weekly services and my next clean I had a couple issues with but again Darlene pulled through and offered me a re-clean (I declined because issues were very minor and it was HOT out) my next cleaning was back to their original greatness (if not even better!?!) and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again ladies, I know times are tough and it's hard cleaning in muggy weather and wearing PPE but you ladies killed it! :)

Absolute worst. I don''t advise anyone to do business with Molly Maid. I wanted a standard cleaning, 2 ladies came, cleaned for 40 minutes and said they were done. I was on my computer busy and I handed them the check (they have 1 hour minimum charge). After I finished work, I went to the bathroom and absolutely nothing is cleaned. They did the bare minimum, the floor was not wiped, the sink area was not cleaned properly, the corners were not cleaned, heck the floor was not vacuumed even. The same thing goes for the bedroom, only this was vacuumed but the windows were not cleaned nor dusted. 0 attention to details, they just went in and out. Had 2 spoons in the sink, they placed them on the kitchen shelf to clean the sink and left them there (they were not clean) the carpet in the living room was vacuumed but the floors were not vacuumed nor wiped. The house doesn't smell like clean soap cause guess what ? they didn't use any. This was by far the worst experience ever. A cleaning lady on kijiji would take half the money for 10 times better job. You can clean your house a lot better than they ever can. Definitely not recommend, I would never ever in a million years do business with them. I wrote this review after spending half an hour cleaning after the ladies left.Edit: Empty promises as well, called in last week and was promised the manager would call me and try to rectify the situation. 1 week later, no one called.Stay far far away from this company.

We had a wonderful experience. The team was on time and did a thorough job getting our home cleaned for staging. They were able to handle our request on short notice and accommodate our schedule. Well done all around.

Very poor service. I have a small bungalow that I had asked to have a thorough cleaning for and after they had left I noticed there was still dust on the counters and in the corners. Every clean" that I had done took one hour when I was at home. The one time that I wasn't at home

The ladies came to clean my apartment today. They did a fantastic job, paid attention to details. They even took some garbage out for me. Thank you. Karen, Lisa and MelissaLinda Cheshire
