Nice shipping/receiving lady, 30 minutes to unload if on time, back into dock from road, a lot of overnight parking on empty wide road in front of Cavendish Farms(1 km away)

On the behalf of my experience, very cooperative staff, i got wrong appointment information, which was two days later and I reached there very earlier, but their receptionist guy understand my problem and let me in for unloading, that’s how he made my day.

Night parking available on the street. Clean washroom. Microwave oven available. Lumpers are not well trained, couldn't distribute the load evenly in trailer. So you need to tell them how to distribute the weight. Nice staff. Easy in and out.

One of the worst place to load. I want to give 0 stars. They take more than 5 hours to load a trailer. The thing is they give you appointment and then they take this much time to load. Please avoid if you can. Worst place I’ve ever seen.

Check in lady is super nice. She make it so easy do drivers won't get frustrated. Only down side is taking too long to load.
