Mike the Owner/Manager here is what other owners should be striving to be! He was right out the door to help guide me to park my return car dolly before I could even open my SUV door to get out.He then was able to show me how to correctly use up the slack on my safety chains without being condescending after I asked him an honest question.Great help, great conversation and smooth transaction. Ordered in advance. A 6x12 cargo trailer. Went to pick it up. Was there a bit early. The guy working the desk on May 27th was very grumpy. He came out and got mad at us for not coming in before the shop opened. Then proceeded to be angry with the photo ID pictures he was getting me to take with one hand as my other one is disabled at this time. And then when I offered for him to take the pictures he refused and said he will not rent the trailer to me. So overall a terrible experience. The guy with the long beard is very angry and should not be in customer service.

I have to say, this experience was fantastic. I was 10 minutes early and Mike had a line, but still made me feel like I was a priority. You know how you can tell when someone really enjoys their job? That was this. No bs, no hidden charges, straight forward, thorough and incredibly friendly. Would come back to gasoline alley u haul again.
