Had my mower repaired yesterday July 8, very knowledgeable staff ,very courteous gave me great service for what I considered a reasonable price.I drove up from Carbonear and I would go again!They know there products!

Bought my husband a chainsaw for Farther’s day in 2019.. two years later when he went to use it, there was an oil leak. Brought it back and there were no questions asked as they could tell that the chainsaw never left the case since the day it left the store and still had the invoice inside (full of oil). They replaced the saw with out saying a word, that is incredible service!Just over a month ago, we decided to get a 4 wheeler. We called around to a few places, and Melvin’s had a 700 on the floor that was received two days before. Lucky for us the customer who ordered it didn’t like the colour. We didn’t care about the colour, and with the global supply chain shortages, ATVs are hard to come by. It is a 700, 2 up, and is perfect for our family. Service was excellent, they even delivered it to our home… and gave us both a quick overview of the bike. Really happy with the service we have received from Melvin’s.If we get any significant amounts of snow next winter, we will be back to get a blade.Thank you!

I hope things have changed there, it was quite awhile ago now that I brought my ATV in there for a service, instead of taking it off the trailer and bringing it inside they hooked my trailer up to a high truck breaking the lights and doing other damage too, when I complained to the manager" about it he said "oh well it is what it is" and walked away.You can rest assured they will never ever get any business from me again!!"

What a great buying experience! Bought a 2016 (new) Arctic Cat Wildcat Sport Limited sxs. Had a few issues that were covered under warranty...no problem. When I contacted them with a concern, my calls/emails were always returned in a timely manner and my concerns were always addressed. The staff is truly awesome and I'm glad I purchased through this dealership.

Ordered 3 sets of brake pads for my 2006 400 . Had a freind pick them up when i opened the box found 2 new sets in packages one used set NOT in package . Contacted owner was told all were new , could clearly see one set was worn. Measured and found linings on used set thinner by 20%. Not a good feeling to be taken advantage of . Was told he would fix with new set still havent received replacement or money back am contacting BBB SO BUYER BEWARE
