This is a popular location deep at Halifax Harbour making it perfect to get an ice cream and enjoy it by the ocean.They have lots of popular flavors like Coffee, Chocolate, Strawbery and so on.The taste is amazing and one scoop is big enough if you're not that hungry.

The lineups for this place in the summer is incredible but it's because their ice cream is incredible! There's other ice cream close by on the boardwalk (and lineups too, just shorter lines) but they do not compare. They definitely need more staff. I feel they'd make so much more money if they co ould make the lines pass by faster!

It wasn't very good. Ice cream was icy, not creamy at all and flavors were very light. PEI blueberry did not taste like blueberries and the pieces of what i assume were fruit felt like balls of water.

Three stops in Canada. Three ice creams at Cows! It was warm here so the line was long. But they are well organized and the ljne went fast! Love the chunky chocolate mint but today I tried the Messie Bessie and it was good too! Today it was messy!

The line was long at the kiosk but it's always well worth the wait. Cows is by far the best Ice cream around but the absolute Must have is their Sorbet. If you havn't tried it you should! We make sure to make a few trips to cows every summer.
