I called Kim to sign a document for me as a Commissioner of Oaths, it was on short notice. Not only was she accommodating, but she took part of her lunch hour to be there. Kim was very kind and accommodating. She walked me through the entire process, set up a zoom meeting so I wouldnt have to travel, and she set the appointment for 930pm so i could finish work and get settled before our appointment. She even took the time to ask how my day was going. Kim truly went the extra mile today and brought customer service to a new level. I will definitely keep her in mind for future services and recommend her to my friends and family.
