Nick is the best. Friendly, efficient, clean, and doesn’t hesitate to keep you included on what he’s doing and why. He’s done 4 major jobs for us now, and all have been done flawlessly with no issues. Would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he offers.

Do not use this guy. He will take your money and run, and doesn’t back his work. He replaced every part in our fireplace and it still doesn’t work. Beware.

We had issues with our furnace that were created by another company in town, not only did Okanagan Flame correct the problem, they went WAY above and beyond to make sure everything was working great again and that we were happy.If you require any servicing on existing hvac equipment or require a new solution, I cannot recommend Nick from Okanagan Flame higher! Will not be calling anyone else from here on in.

If you want a professional install call nick!! He installed a new furnace and AC unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. He cleans up after and doesn’t leave a mess. Top notch guy!!I highly recommend him to everyone!!Thanks Debbie
