Extremely irresponsible. The notary kept my money for no reason knowing that I needed it for a transaction the second day. Every time I called him, he said he was busy and would call me back. NEVER call back! He kept lying to me and my broker. How can a liar be a lawyer ?

Lack of attention to details, especially in this kind of field? Good luck to whoever decides to work with him.Him and his assistants keep making mistakes, they even sent important documents to the wrong address!They tell me over a phone that they will email instructions, but I did not get any email from them over 3 days. I had to request for the information to get anything from them.They can't even do the job properly. Would definitely not recommend to anybody.

J'ai passé une transaction immobilière en fin juin 2021. On est aujourd'hui début novembre et je n'ai toujours pas reçu l'acte de vente, et ce, après plusieurs demande de ma part. J'ai la chance d'être juriste et avoir pu faire les vérifications nécessaires pour être certain que l'acte de vente était bien enregistré dans les registres gouvernementaux, mais je plains la personne qui ne connaitrait pas le domaine et le stress que le tout pourrait occasionner.
