The ideal crew is always nothing but helpfull and a true pleasure to deal with. As a professional backyard technician I wouldn't purchase my auto body supplies from anywhere else.

After calling around and having no luck at walkers automotive I was informed to call Ideal as they have a good reputation. Well I was very impressed that they were able to help me with a paint code from my Lund boat and do it the same day. Today I used the product they made up for me and it was an exact match. Great customer service and amazing products.

Great service! Tried to find some obscure clips for a 1975 Lemans and owner spent some time trying to fund stock, offering a refund if not right.

I went to this supply store and was treated with great disrespect. The person I was trying to deal with was very condescending. I have many years experience spraying, but not a lot with automotive. Although I do have some. He suggested I buy spray bombs to paint my panel. If he would have been joking it would have been funny, but he wasn’t, and he kept on with stupid suggestions. It was as if I was just bothering him and he had no interest in helping me. That’s the 2nd time I tried to deal with this same guy and he had the same attitude the 1st time. The 1st time had to do with fibreglass. Maybe he really doesn’t have any knowledge, so he substitutes it with his arrogance. I had much better success with one of their competitors and I saved 30% from what he quoted me. I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. I have a huge group of car friends we do all the work ourselves, from mechanical to body work. Perhaps it is only this 1 guy, I don’t know.

Only place to get your automotive paint supplies, staff is knowledgeable on products for the most part and always very helpful,there not perfect but they are Ideal.
