This was My First Visit/Hair Cut with Stella! And Her Experience and Great Kindness was Superb! I'm picky about My Hair Cuts and Stella nailed it! I will definitely be a Returning Customer! Very Impressed.... Thanks again Stella! .......... Robert (Robbie)Parker!!!!

Very nice lady but I would not recommend or go to her again. One, the products that was used to wash my hair was over the counter products from walmart, ( those products are known to make you lose hair) I did mention to her that my scale is very sensitive to drug store products which is why I have to buy my hair product from salon. 2- I did mention to her what I needed and she kept saying okay lets start and well see, I told her that I have an important event I am going to right after and if she cant do it, it would be fine I will go somewhere else as I have a busy day and cant have my hair look crazy, she said lets start I can do it. Here is where I was very upset towards the end charging 65 when quoting 45, trying to use condition on a damp hair and then try to use the straightener to style my hair when it was not fully dry and no heat products were added to my hair or anything just conditioner and then decided to use the straightener to curly my hair, which hair dress does that, specifically when you say you have 30 years of experience- the basic is before styling hair specially the way my hair was as I told her the concerns, there needed to be hair treatment. The way my hair was curled using straightener soo massy and not what I wanted. I am the person who wouldn’t care about writing reviews, but I had to for this as I am still very upset for hearing towards the end oo its 65, You didnt give me enough time as I had another client - unacceptable to hear as I did mention “if you dont have enough time since ur saying u have someone else after me, tell me and I can go to a salon as I had an event to go to”. Please be honest when quoting at the being and if you cannot do it please let your client know instead of saying “i can do it”which you cant and rush the client and then say i have another client.I am not sure if this has happened to anyone else, I returned stellas call but she didnt pick up but someone else messaged me from another number that was not stellas number to tell me to remove the review and that blah blah blah, this to me is very unprofessional to give your clients number to someone else just so they remove your review which I will not, till today my scalp condition has been getting worst as the products that was used triggered it. Please be careful when choosing a hairstylist. After this episode I would rate it as 0.

I have followed Stella from her days working in Burlington to now, Niagara Falls. Stella has always been personable, professional and efficient. I was so impressed with Stella when I first met her. Stella continues to cut/color my hair and I'm always very happy with her work! I highly recommend Stella...especially if you're looking for a great stylist and great salon.

My mom and myself talked with Stella prior about all desired hair changes. She took time to do the research necessary for a drastically hair colour change. She did an amazing job, for both of us, and we are definitely going back. Strongly will recommend her, every time we have a chance.

I have been going to Stella now for several years. She is deserving of 5 stars plus. She listens to what you want ,takes pride in her work, her shop is cute and very clean. Stella is amazing and very good at her job. $35 for a wash, cut and style. Well worth it

Shop is very clean and Stella is a super nice lady. She is upfront with her honest opinion and also about pricing. I am very indecisive, especially regarding my hair which is naturally a strawberry/golden blonde, so I actually had two visits within a week. The first time I was undecided on highlights so after me asking 10000 questions we decided on 6 highlights and a wash, trim and style. I left very happy. Over the next few days I still loved the new 'do but found myself wishing I had got the full highlights, which she happily added using a cap on my second visit (extra fee naturally) I am so in love with my hair I can't stop looking in the mirror. It's very rare I leave a salon completely satisfied with my decision and the ending result, so well deserving of 5/5 stars. Plus she has the cutest capes for the clients to wear.

Stella is fantastic.....so so happy with my new hairstyle! From long to pixie... super stylist. I would certainly recommend Stella!
