Dr. Kerolos is a trustworthy vet who does not price gouge. I highly reccomend this vet. Last minute appointments are easy to make and the vet is responsive to immediate concerns via phone call and email. The vet spends time with you, listens to all questions and offers wonderful service. I think I've been a bit of an overbearing client at times and they have always been very kind and patient with me. You are in good hands here.

Spoke to the vet she was Extremely rude with answering my questions regarding our kitten she had already checked a week ago. She over charged and took advantage of someone that didn’t know anything about kitten and vet prices and rules. They added extra money on my aunts bill making excuses this and that has to be checked etc. I own 2 cats so i know better. I called in to ask why the other 2 vaccinations has not been done on my aunt kitten and she started getting extremely rude and offensive saying are you the vet or me I know better don’t teach me etc lol and she hung up on me.

Dr. Kerolos, Nagwa And her team are the most caring group of pet care professionals I have met. I recently lost my 13yr. Old miniature poodle, Charlee. Charlee’s declining heath issues were not only difficult for my sweet girl, but I, myself, was having a very difficult time knowing her days with me were coming to an end. Dr. Kerolos had taken care of Charlee for several years, helping her heal from minor and major medical issues. A few weeks Prior to Charlee passing, Dr Kerolos would check in on us. She not only cared for Charlee but she was also empathetic for what I was going through ad well knowing I was loosing an important member of my family. I trust Dr Kerolos. She is an excellent vet and a wonderful human being!

I'd like to thank Dr. Kerolos. I recently had to put my cat down (my best friend) of 18 years. It was an incredibly difficult situation and I'm happy she was there to assist.When we first brought my cat in she did everything she could to analyze the situation and was quick to make a recovery plan. It wasn't until the blood work came back did we find out the severity of the issue.She went over the results with me and gave me her suggestions. I made the call. During the process she was kind enough to offer me a chair and gave me all the time I needed to say my final goodbyes (this was at nearly 2am in the morning). She was kind enough to follow up with me the day after, asking how I was doing.This was a heartbreaking time for me and she tried her best to make it a little bit easier.I have a 2 year old Yorkie and we will exclusively be using this vet.

I highly recommend this place. I am a new pet owner to two adorable shichons. I shopped around to find the best vet to really show care and does not price gouge inexperienced pet owners. I can tell you that this place is not the one that does any price gouging and in fact shows support for you and your pets from the time you step into their office up to when you leave. Everyone in the office is extremely nice.Dr. Kerolos really cares about you and your pet. I couldn’t agree more to all the reviews on this site. I am writing this to let everyone know that this is where you want to be if you want the best care for your pets. I do read reviews and base my decisions on them, at times, and I’m glad I went here with no regrets.

This place is horrible. My cat went in for a urinary obstruction which requires sedation and flushing of the bladder via catheter or the cat has 3-6 days to live.. they didn't do that and just gave him pain medication charged me $400 and sent him home, MY CAT IS NOW DEAD!! and these people don't even care. TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE these people are terrible. Contacted the durham emergency line too and they couldn't take my cat in because they were full... no one helped my cat as he was dying in my arms. I am seriously let down by the lack of empathy and service I was given. If you care for your pet do not take it here, they do not care and just want your money.

Dr Nagwa is wonderful! Our cat has constipation and urinary issues and Dr Nagwa always gets us in as soon as possible, sometimes the same day or next day. She’s very reasonable with pricing and will always try the lowest cost methods of treatment first. Other Vets will immediately take blood work and X-rays to rack up your bill but Dr Nagwa will try simpler solutions first before resorting to those. She also has the courtesy to follow up the next day after a visit as well and is always open for communication and concerns.

We love the way they look after our 2 Goldens. She's very honest and gives reliable advice. An 11 out of 10 rating.

We have been using this vet for a few years now. The last 2 years have been really hard as we have been dealing with bad allergies in our pug. Dr.Nagwa is so kind and compassionate. She is very gentle with our dog and never pushes any unnecessary treatments. She is very fair and always wants the best for our beloved Mortimer. I called her this morning at 10am as he hurt his eye and she saw us a few hours later. We left with a treatment plan for his corneal ulcer and although we are sad he is hurt we are so thankful we have such an awesome vet looking after him. Thank you for your help!
