Great experience with everyone with Owen Flooring. From the Quoting with Ally to find a match from a floor installed 19 year earlier. The friendly reception who wanted to assist when Ally wasn't available. The friendly delivery man that the team keep us posted because he was only going to be a little later than expected. And the professional installers that came a few days earlier than expected. And best of all, the final invoice was right on. No unexpected charges. You have a great team there. Congratulation!

A few issues, we're left with a wavy floor and big gaps in between floor boards, I wish I could post a photo. I need rugs to hide my floor, so sad and disappointed with this floor. The floors are so wavy " I had to cover them up with rugs. I'm so disappointed with the installation. And the flooring is not scratchless

Owen Flooring came highly recommended and for good reason! The flooring is stunning, the worked around difficult edges and barriers (its an old farm house) seamlessly. It looks like the original floor! We couldn't be happier!

We recently purchased luxury vinyl flooring for a kitchen renovation project. We actually ended up extending that same flooring throughout the living room and up our stairs and hallway now because we loved it so much. We will be back for more flooring when it comes time for the bedroom floor updates. Fantastic quality!!

From selection of product, to initial quotes and through to final installation, Owen Flooring is top notch. Our Project Manager was always available to discuss questions or concerns. He was onsite several times to ensure quality and satisfaction. The installers arrived on time every day and were very polite and professional. We started out having hardwood installed in our family room and then decided to also have them do plank flooring in our basement. We are very happy with the results. I recommended them to family, who in turn, are delighted with their results. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Owen Flooring has done nearly every floor in our entire house and tiled a bathroom for us. The employees were always courteous, friendly and professional. The owner himself even assisted in helping us at the store. There was an issue with one of the tiles cracking on the floor and they sent someone the very next day to fix the issue, no questions asked.Also the house looks incredible now!

As a former employee at Owen Flooring I have nothing but good things to say about the business and the staff. I was welcomed in by Kevin at a young age and learned a variety of skills from Kevin and staff that groomed me into an experienced worker and flooring installer. I have been exclusively using Owen Flooring for a few years now, to be honest I'm not sure what first brought me into the store back then but man am I glad that I did. It was so refreshing to be in a place of business where the owner/ salesman didn't really care to try to sell me anything. He just was excited to offer me a doughnut from a local bakery and show me all the cool product that he caries that no one else in town does. Years later here we are, they have just done a very nice and welcomed addition to their show room. Building is absolutely beautiful now and now has ample space for all the very well organized and frequently updated samples. This is more than a flooring store, as they are continually trying to find better ways to aid their clients in satisfying their design dreams, they are now the areas only Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper dealer. What a match made in heaven, if you want the best product on your floor why wouldn't you want the best for your walls too. Having recently done a large renovation to my home I can say that Owen Flooring was a joy to work with start to finish, their whole team is fantastic. Very thankful for how accommodating they were with changing timelines, as well as their eye for detail. In conclusion save yourself the effort of shopping around for your next reno project, Owen will not be the cheapest but I guarantee that your experience and finished result will be the best.
