Surprisingly sketchy dealer owner Terry treats customers and staff alike like trash. Didn’t like us asking why pieces were missing and rubber mismatched off a trailer bought brand new yesterday there, threatened to unhook our trailer after we already held title.

I bought a 6.5x12 enclosed trailer for my SxS. Not only were they were the only dealer in Sask/AB that sold 6.5ft wide trailers (which makes it wide enough for me to drive on and open the door of my Can-Am Maverick to get out when loaded), but they were also the cheapest!They were very nice and honest people to deal with. They made my long drive to Davidson worth while.

The staff at Fast Toys is top notch. I was in a time crunch to pick up my new trailer and get on the road. They were very accommodating even willing to meet me outside business hours to ensure I was taken care of. 5 Stars for sure. I will be back in the future.

Purchased a 26ft travel trailer from this place, got it a decent price only to find out too late that it had a leaking problem. I ended up selling it for scrap. Yes these guys knew there was an issue with it but had no problem selling it anyway, I have successfully steered people away from buying here since then- if you choose to buy here I suggest bringing a mechanic/trailer tech with you for an inspection before you sign any agreement or leave any deposit.I totally understand that in business honour and morality has no place, only the money-and here you absolutely will see this in action. There are better choices at more reputable businesses.

Not only was Terry at Fast Toys helpful with the purchase initially, offering the best price around Regina & Saskatoon for our tandem axel dump trailer, but we had an issue the first few weeks after purchase. I made the drive out to Davidson and and the team there had me fixed and back on the toad in 45 minutes and honoured the warranty, charging me $0 (and inconveniently pulling the part off of a brand new trailer for me, even though they were in short supply). Very impressed and happy I made the choice to head out to Davidson in the first place. Thanks!

Showed up to buy a trailer after talking to the guy on the phone the evening before, trailer was sold and somehow no one knew or told me until after I drove all the way there. That happens I guess, but they didn’t even care one bit about my wasted time and effort. Before I left I told them what I was looking for, and they wrote it all down and said they’d get back to me. Crickets since then. Feels good to be a valued customer.

It was my First Time here. Had a Very little knowledge about their Products. The Owner, I believe Terry was his name helped me a lot and made my buying experience easy and smooth. Loved it. Good job you guys. Will be back for similar needs.

Buyer BewarePurchased a Chevelle from Fast Toys for Boys owner Terry Dieno in Nov 2020. According to Terry he did a full frame off restoration to the car in 2015 and has only put 1,500 miles on it since. The car looked great on the surface, Terry stated that all the driveline was completely overhauled, rebuilt engine transmission and rear end, replaced all bushings, lines, brakes, suspension and steering. Complete new interior, paint, bumpers, moldings, etc. but once winter melted and we got to drive the car more this summer we lost trust in Terry and his business practices.Upon further mechanic inspections we found numerous worn parts including: transmission, 4 speed shifter, carburetor, valvetrain, steering center link, leaking radiator, seized leaking wheel cylinders, rear end pinion leak, exhaust leak, and the list goes on. The transmission was pulled due to leaks and hard shifting, what we found is shown in the attached pictures. The reverse gears are chewed up, the shift forks, sliders, front bearing, counter shaft, main case and midplate are all worn. The transmission shop says there is no way this was overhauled, in fact its so bad that its not worth repairing.We trusted Terry when he said the entire car had been overhauled. We have only been able to drive this car 200 miles since purchasing and will end up spending $8k+ to get it repaired. I contacted Terry and he did offer a return but we have already put $4k of repairs into it so it does not make sense to send it 1,000km back to him and take even more of a loss. When we asked him to replace the transmission he declined saying the only option is a return.We hope this review saves somebody else from making the same mistakes as us.

Truly an excellent experience dealing with these folks. If you’re looking for a no hassle, efficient, welcoming buying endeavour these are the guys you should talk to! They are more then willing to accommodate their customers and this is one dealer in particular that will indeed go the extra mile to make sure your looked after and happy with your purchase when your hitting the road with your new trailer.

So I called Thursday about a trailer and was told anything on there website they have on the lot. So Saturday I drove out  when I got there the rep told my they didn't have it even though it was on there website. So after talking he gave me a list of serial numbers to go look at and sent my outside by myself to go try to find them. After finding one that would work I went back inside to talk to the rep and was told they couldn't take my payment cuz there system was down and that recently they had someone steal a Trailer so I couldn't take it and pay them Monday when they open. So they said they would deliver it Wednesday. That would have been fine but Wednesday came and 30 min to them closing I called and the receptionist knew nothing about the trailer delivery so I asked to talk to the rep and was told they would call me so Thursday at lunch I call again asking to talk to the rep and was again told they would call me. So I wait. Again 30 min to close I call and the rep answers. Then I was told that it never got delivered Wednesday because some else's stuff was not ready so they never delivered my trailer that was paid in full. And that they had a driver coming back from the state on Friday and he should be able to take it. This is during covid-19 in August. So I said fine. So now it Friday they close in 2 hours and I still have heard nothing. So I Take off from work early and drive back out to Davidson to pick up my travel because they still have not called me. So I call and tell the receptionist that I'm coming to get it and she said they will get it ready. So I get out there and they are still getting it ready. Not exactly sure what that means considering they were supposed to deliver it. So I wait till it's ready and they were just about to close at this point. So I tow it back to Regina when I get it back I then notice that the hub caps are rusting along with the trailer tongue and Jack. And that one of the clearance lights didn't work. Sure glad I bought this bran new" trailer from them. Will not be buying another from hear and will not be recommending."
