Basra Chiropractic Clinic

My wife and I both been seeing Dr.J.S.Basra for more than 15 years for various reasons.He is knowledgeable polite experienced caring understanding patient’s need and know what to do.He is the best..!!

A lot of favourism in this clinic. I had appointment at 3 pm on may15 I was sitting there from 2:45 till 3:20 and then another guy showed up at 3:20 and doctor Basra took him before me. When I asked front desk receptionist she said she has no idea why the doctor did that. That’s not fare or professional

One of the best doctors . I've been going there from last 8 years. Very friendly.Never had any complain.

Very nice Dr. His way of talking and giving respect to everybody is amazing. God bless him.

Makes you feel comfortable even if someone is not good at English and really a amazing person.

Very bad customer service.They do Alot of favourism. It is not appointment based they call you for appointment and make you wait for an hour. Really disappointed. Not going back.

I called this morning at 10am due to chest pain when breathing/moving and asked if they could book me in today or tomorrow for prenatal treatment. The receptionist to begin with.... AMAZING and SO CARING! She gave me a few options to come in (a little hard with little ones at home) and gave me the option to come in at 11am. I said yes! First I couldn't believe they got me in right away. I went in and receptionist again was very pleasant to speak to. I waited maybe less than 2 minutes and Dr.Basra called me up. I told him what was going on and he knew what the issue was right away. Gave me an explanation of the treatment plan, started the heat and then did the adjustment. He also went out of his way and did my neck and lower back adjustments. Gave me tips to prevent the same from happening again. Advised me to come in the next day for a second treatment and I should be set. Did not pressure me to come in weekly or monthly as I have heard other Chiropractor's do.Highly recommend him!

Amazing clinic. The front desk area always welcoming. Dr. Basra does a great job with my chiropractic care. I always leave the clinic feeling awesome. I go in for my regular adjustments and am grateful for the treatment I get. If you are looking for chiropractor that knows how to do good treatments then Dr. Basra is your go to person.

If someone likes to be treated by the machines. This is the right place!
