Full communication, friendly. There was long wait to get for the work. So they gave me the part numbers I could use if I were to get another shop to do the work and if so the shop time it would take/ their shop rate.Needless to say I left my truck with them and was happy to pay the bill. Good straight up shop. I’ll go back next time there is a job I don’t have the time or spaceTo complete.

people here are great just got off the phone with them from canceling an appointment and the guy i spoke to was probably the nicest person i’ve ever spoken to from a mechanic shop i would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything you need

Brought one of our trucks in when the turbo went on it. Joe was our service rep and in my opinion he went above and beyond in keeping us informed on the state of our truck. I had a great experience with Valley Fuel and would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their diesel truck.

Had some service work done while travelling through Abbotsford. After completeing our road trip, took the truck into my local shop to have a once over before heading to Mexico for the winter. Noticed a fuel leak that would have been associated with the work done at Valley Fuel Injection. When I called up and brought it to their attention the whole situation was handled quickly and respectfully. Most shops perform good work, but a great shop stands behind their work and rectifies a problem should one arrise. Thanks VFI for great service.

Hello jessica and crew ! Rob here Red F 250 with new 6.4 ! Wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for an outstanding job on both the installation of new motor and the honesty and dedication to weeding out a couple of bumps in the carpet along the way ! The team went above and beyond to meet my needs in an efficient and courteous manner wich is what one should expect and receive at such an exceptional facility! Despite having many choices to bring my truck to that are closer to home in Langley , I choose to drive to Abbotsford and arrange a ride home to leave my truck in the most capable hands and qualified people who know my truck better than they know their own ! Even if there were a shop down the street from my home . I’d tow it to valley fuel if I had to ! Folks , don’t waste your time or money any where else , go see the people at valley . Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable when I talk to her. Very pleasant. And the guys helped me out on a couple of occaisions. Once with install and again with an issue. Highly recommend this shop.
